In 2010, Pallavi started her acting career in Kannada Television Industry with the ‘Mane Ondu Mooru Bagilu‘ serial on ETV Kannada. In 2011, Pallavi made her debut in Telugu Television Industry with the ‘Pasupu Kumkuma‘ serial on Zee Telugu.
Pallavi then acted in various serials like Savitri (Telugu), Galipata (Kannada), Parinaya (Kannada), Shaantham Paapam (Kannada), Jodi Hakki (Kannada), Alliyambal (Malayalam Debut), Sevanthi (Kannada), Chadarangam (Telugu), Suryakantham (Zee Telugu), and Daya (Malayalam).
In 2016, Pallavi made her debut in Kannada Film Industry with the ‘Prema Geema Jane‘ movie. She then acted in various movies like Kidi, Nam Gani B.Com Pass, Kodemuruga, and Puncture.
