Ek Ghar Banaunga to bring in loads of drama!
Star Plus’ newly launched show Ek Ghar Banaunga helmed by Village Boy Productions is doing pretty well and is bagging the attention from TV audience for its interesting subject line.

However, despite a loyal fan following, the show aired at the 6:30pm slot is not faring well on the TRP meter. This has indeed worried the makers and they are now busy chalking out captivating sequences in order to spike the ratings. Sources say that the wedding sequence of Poonam (Ishita Dutta) and Gautam (Sachin Chhabra) is to bring in some interesting twists and turns.

Producer Raakesh Paswan said, “Every wedding in TV serials is incomplete without twists and turns. We will soon have a series of drama, but nothing of the rona-dhona types; it will all be very interesting.”

It will be seen that after failing to draw huge dowry from Poonam’s family, the groom’s family will create hurdles and disrupt the marriage proceedings. Meanwhile, Aakash’s (Rahul Sharma) sister Prarthana (Prachi Parab) will finally get engaged. At the same time, entry of Avadh Kishore (Phool Singh) –prospective groom’s father – will bring in another list of twists in the show. Aakash and Prarthana’s Bhabhi, Kannu, will see to it that less money is spent on Prarthana’s marriage, which will apparently interrupt the wedding alliance.

Raakesh is all praises for Phool Singh, with whom he had worked in Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo. “It feels great to work with friends again, and the ambience on the set is just like home. We are really having a great time shooting”, said Raakesh.

Hopefully the show bags bigger numbers this time!
