Ajinkkya Deo to make a comeback on television; all set to play Bajiprabhu Deshpande. Ajinkkya Deo will be making his grand comeback on television with a historical saga 'Jay Bhavani, Jay Shivaji'. He will be seen as Bajiprabhu Deshpande. Interestingly, he had earlier played a historical character in the National Award winning film 'Sarja', in the initial years of his career.
His last stint on television was as a host for the second season of a crime series, 'Prem Tujha Rang Kasa' (2018). Super excited for his new role, Ajinkkya says, "I am lucky to have been getting such a wonderful opportunity. I have always been fitness conscious. I exercise and eat right. I run around five to six km every day. So, all this is helping me while portraying my on screen character."

Jay Bhavani Jay Shivaji is an Indian Marathi language television show. Bhushan Pradhan will play lead role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
