குறிப்பாக சமீபத்தில் தான் ‘குக் வித் கோமாளி 2’ நிகழ்ச்சி நிறைவடைந்தது. அதில் கோமாளிகளாக புகழ், பாலா, சரத், சுனிதா, மணிமேகலை, சிவாங்கி உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்துக் கொண்ட நிலையில் போட்டியாளர்களாக மதுரை முத்து, ஷகிலா, தர்ஷா குப்தா, பாபா பாஸ்கர், கனி, தீபா, அஸ்வின், பவித்ரா ஆகிய 8 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர். நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்துக் கொண்ட ஒவ்வொரு குக்குக்கும், கோமாளிக்கும் பெரிய ரசிகர் பட்டாளங்கள் உருவாகின

Rakshan VJ is excited to be back as the host of the show Comedy Raja Kalakkal Rani (CRKR). Rakshan has shared his excitement on his social media handle. Rakshan is known for hosting shows like Kalakka Povathu Yaaru (season 5, 6 and 7), Cooku with Comalis season 1 and Ready Steady Po. Rakshan is married to Saranya and they have a daughter named Iniya.
Rakshan co-hosts the show along with yet another popular host Priyanka Deshpande.
Yet another promo of the show features Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru (KPY) fame Thangadurai and Deepa of Mr. and Mrs. Chinnathirai 3 and of Cooku with Comalis 2 (CWC 2) fame.
