Riyas Khan to play a cameo in 'Kanyadanam' Actor Riyas Khan is one of the all-time favorite villains in Mollywood. The actor, who enjoys a huge fan following for his macho looks, is now joining a Malayalam TV show. Riyas will be playing an extended cameo in the upcoming episode of the popular show, 'Kanyadanam'. The actor can be seen making a smashing entry into the show. As per the updates, he will be playing the character Jagan, who will be helping Ananthan (Devan), in one of his tough times. Soon after the teaser surfaced online, Kanyadanam fans are eagerly waiting to know about the upcoming twists in the show. For the unversed, Riyas Khan is one of the popular actors in South India. He has played notable roles in movies in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and even in Kannada. Interestingly, the actor is also popular in Tamil TV. the recent episode of the show, Raghu reaches Cheeru's in-laws' house.
Knowing about her brother-in-law's visit, Cheeru comes downstairs.
Meanwhile, Amma tells Cheeru that Raghu will be staying with them for
some days. Hearing this, Cheeru gets upset and tells Raghu not to do it.
She tells that he can stay in the house along with her sister, but
being alone is not a good idea. She also adds that it will be a shame
for their father if Raghu stays at her in-laws' house. Amma tries to
convince that they are fine with Raghu staying there but Cheeru requests
her not to interfere in her family matters. Upset by Cheeru's words,
Raghu tends to leave the house. He apologizes to Cheeru for coming there
and says that he has clearly understood her concern.

the other hand, Shyam and Sona enjoy some romantic time after the
wedding. On their first night, Shyam plots a crooked plan to get money
from Sona. He tells her that he doesn't have any liquid cash with him.
Hearing this, Sona sends her bank details to Shyam and tells him he can
use all her money.

make his TV comeback after 8 years. The actor will be seen playing the
lead character Anandan in the show 'Kanyaadaanam'. Talking about his excitement over the show, the actor said, ''The
one thing that attracted me to this serial is the plot. The show depicts
the life of a single father, who is bringing up his 5 daughters.
Apparently, it is the first time that a serial is handling a story from a
father's perspective."
Actor Devan is one of the popular actors in Malayalam cinema. Along with his villain characters in movies, the actor had also tried his luck in TV, too. His character Pandhalam Rajavu in the epic show 'Swamy Ayyappan' was widely appreciated by the TV audience. Lastly, he was seen playing Thiruvithamkoor Rajavu in the period drama 'Veera Marthanda Varma'.
- The actor also shared that he is playing a doting father for the first time in his career. "Viewers have always seen me playing cruel villains on-screen. It is the first time that I am getting such an emotional character. Undoubtedly, this is one of the strongest characters in my whole career," Devan added.
