TV show ‘Jibon Saathi’ completes 300 episodes; team celebrates. The cast and crew of Bengali daily soap ‘Jibon Saathi’ have reasons to celebrate and the team enjoyed a cosy party. A beautiful cake was brought to mark the occasion. The artists and crew members arranged a party on the shooting floor and enjoyed a good time celebrating their success.

The show was launched in October, 2020 and is set to complete a year. No wonder, the team is in a celebratory mood these days.- According to the story, Salankara runs fashion boutiques. Her character
has grey shades. Sayan, who was earlier seen in ‘Ke Apon Ke Por’, is
playing the character of honest police officer Sankalpa
in the show and paired opposite Diya. Salankara wanted her son Sankalpa
to get married to Jhelum without knowing the fact that she (Jhelum)
loves Turno. Impressed by Jhelum’s beauty she chooses her as the
daughter-in-law. But following the destiny, Jhelum’s cousin sister
Priyam gets married to Sankalpa. Salankara doesn’t like Priyam who isn’t
beautiful like Jhelum. Hence the saas-bahu gets into a much predictable
clash.
- ‘Jibon Saathi’ features veteran actress Indrani Dutta in a prominent role. Indrani, who has been mostly seen in films, made a comeback on
television. She is playing Salankara Banerjee’s role in the show,
produced by Snehasish Chakraborty.
- Besides her, Diya Basu, Sayan Karmakar, Rudrajit Mukherjee, Shrabani Bhunia in lead and parallel lead roles.
- Given the frequent tweaks and turns in the story, ‘Jibon Saathi’ fares well on the TRP charts.
