Raju Jeyamohan lifts the trophy and wins a prize money of Rs. 50 lakhs: Raju Jeyamohan triumphs in Bigg Boss Season 5. In a grand gala finale on Sunday night, Raju lifted the trophy, and walked away with a prize money of Rs. 50 lakhs. VJ Priyanka Deshpande became the first runner up of the season. Interestingly, Pavani Reddy was one of the three finalists of the season. Raju, who entered the BB house as the second contestant of the season, has succeeded in gaining enough vote bank to emerge as the winner. Our ETimes TV’s poll also suggested the same, with 57% of the respondents voting for Raju as the winner.
Bigg Boss Tamil 5 Grand Finale Highlights: With his mimicry s****s, stand-up comedy, and funny one-liners, Raju was the most entertaining Bigg Boss Tamil contestant of the season. Despite the fact that he had been nominated for eviction more than five times, he managed to survive eviction every time. While he was inside the BB house, his fans compiled his comedy juncks and made them go viral on social media. Though he faced little criticism for not playing the tasks hard enough or never getting to be a captain at least once, Raju has won everybody's support both inside and outside the BB house. In the last task given to all the contestants to choose their favourite housemate, Raju has won the task with a clear mandate.
