Yes! Popular Telugu daily soap 'Agnipariksha' is being dubbed to Kannada language. The show will be aired as 'Agniparikshe' in Kannada and will premiere on January 31. Agniparikshe will air at the noon slot on a leading Kannada general entertainment channel which airs many other dubbed daily soaps like Trinayani, Krishna Tulasi, and many more.
- Interestingly, Kannada actor Akarsh Byramudi, who was last seen on Kannada TV with the daily soap 'Seetha Vallaba', will be seen playing a prominent role in Agniparikshe. The daily soap also has actress Thanuja Puttaswamy as the female protagonist.
- Agniparikshe will emphasize the conflicting emotions of love and revenge. Set in Hyderabad, the tale revolves around two sisters, Radhika (Thanuja Puttaswamy), Priyanka (Maahi Gouthami), and their father (Prabhakar) who is against love marriage. Radhika, a compliant girl, loves her longtime friend Amar (Akarsh Byramudi) and she means the world to him. However, the entry of Kailash (Navin Vetri) into Radhika's life will also change the lives of Amar and Priyanka
