Buckle up for some high dose of entertainment this season. Bengali OTT platforms have some interesting projects lined up. Right from sitcom, political-drama, murder mystery to love story, a mixed platter of entertainment is waiting for the audience. A leading Bengali OTT platform has a star-studded web series that will start streaming from May 13.
Web Series is about:
- Based on Arnab Ray’s book ‘Mahabharat Murders’, the upcoming web series will take the audience on a journey which is full of mystery and suspense. Soumik Halder directed OTT series follows a serial killer who considers himself as Durjodhan and takes a dramatic spin over Mahabharat’s narrative.
- The
poster of ‘Mahabharata Murders’ was recently released.
- It will star some of the prolific artists of Bengali entertainment industry which includes Priyanka Sarkar, Saswata Chatterjee, Arjun Chakrabarty, Kaushik Sen, Rajdeep Gupta, Rishav Basu, Arna Mukhopadhyay, Debasish Mondal, Riyaa Ganguly, Arpita Ghosh, Arnab Ray and many other popular actors in prominent roles.
- Besides this, Rafiath Rashid Mithila, Sourav Das and Chandreyee Ghosh starrer ‘Montu Pilot 2’, Kamaleshwar Mukherjee’s ‘Rokto Polash’, Koushik Ganguly starrer ‘Prankenstine’ are some of the new OTT releases steamed on different platforms.
- All-time favourite Feluda is also ready to take the audience on a new journey with ‘Darjeeling Jamjawmat’ where Tota Roy Choudhury is essaying Prodosh Mitter once again. The upcoming Web Series, directed by Srijit Mukherji has actors Anirban Chakrabarti as Lalmohan Gangopadhyay and Kalpan Mitra as Topshe. It will start streaming from next month.
