LV Revanth lifts the trophy; receives prize money of Rs. 10 lakhs (NOT 50 lacs), a plot worth Rs. 25 lakhs and more- The
much awaited grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu 6 hosted by Nagarjuna
Akkineni has concluded on a high note with a grand gala finale. Eminent
playback singer and Indian Idol 9 winner LV Revanth emerged as the
winner of the sixth edition of the reality TV series. It was an eventful
climax with prominent actors like Ravi Teja and others gracing the show. Some sizzling performances by the ex-contestants, BB Jodi contestants and finalists added to the excitement and entertainment.
- Unlike the routine, following a dramatic twist, Shrihan accepted the golden briefcase with Rs. 40lakhs offer and hence Revanth was declared the winner. Revanth won the trophy, prize money of Rs. 10 lakhs along with a plot worth Rs. 25 lakhs and a brand new car. Host Nagarjuna revealed that Shrihan got more votes than Revanth with a marginal difference but the latter is the winner of season 6.
- Revanth
has been one of the most popular contestants in the season. Revanth got
married in February and took part in the show when his wife Anvitha was
pregnant. He was the last contestant to enter the BB house in the
premiere episode. But Revanth was known for his vigour and zeal to win
the show since the word go. He was tagged a 'Trash' contestant on day
one of the show along with Geetu and Inaya. But his emotional
revelations about his father has got him closer to the viewers and fans.
He was the first contestant to become a captain twice in this season.
However, his tenure as a captain and ration manager received severe
backlash from inmates. Ex-contestant Arjun Kalyan alleged that Revanth
is being a bully yet Vasanthi stated that he enjoyed Revanth's nicknames
for her. Geetu, Baladitya, Marina, and others often complained about
his habit of 'saving food'. He was criticised by the housemates and host
for his loud voice, tendency to 'correct' others, 'aggressive' gameplay
especially during the tasks. Revanth had his share of major fights with
Adi Reddy, Sudeepa, Faima and others this season.
- On the other hand, Revanth got a chance to celebrate his wife's baby shower in the house with inmates. Revanth was blessed with a baby girl on December 1. Despite losing the ticket to finale task to Shrihan, he became one of the finalists of this season. With a significant vote bank enough to put him on the top of the table, Revanth was crowned as the winner of season 6.

seasons of Bigg Boss Telugu as well, it remains to be seen how will he
entertain in the BB house now.

Controversies:
- He supported Siri when her equation with inmate Shanmukh Jaswanth turned controversial during Bigg Boss Telugu season 5. Soon after the conclusion of the season, rumours were rife that Siri and Shrihan broke their engagement due to the former's intimacy with Shanmukh. However, their relationship survived the testing times and the two are setting major couple goals. Siri and Shrihan owned a new luxury car recently.
