None other than ace actor Kamal Haasan will grace the show.

with Kamal Haasan, the show also invited actors Jayasurya, Lakshmy
Gopalaswamy, Mukesh, comedian Ramesh Pisharody and others as guests to
felicitate the TV stars.
- The grand event will stage performances of popular television actors and the BTS videos from their practice sessions are already doing the rounds on social media.
- Television Awards 2022 will felicitate Malayalam TV actors for their exceptional performances in various serials. The award categories include Best Actor, Best Serial, Best Actor in a negative role, Popular pair, and more. The telecast date of the show is not revealed yet.
- In 2019, the popular show 'Vanambadi' won the 'Best Serial' title and 'Neelakkuyil' bagged the 'Popular Serial' award. While Suchithra Nair became the Best Actress of the year, Sreeram Ramachandran grabbed the Best Actor award for his impeccable performance in 'Kasthooriman'. The event wasn't organised for the last couple of years due to the pandemic.
