Gourab Roy Chowdhury-Shruti Das starrer ‘Ranga Bou’ to launch on December 19, Get ready for power-packed entertainment this season. All leading Bengali General Entertainment Channels are ready with their offerings to hook the audience to the small screen. While TV shows ‘Tomar Khola Hawa’ and ‘Bengali Medium’ are ready to start their journey on two different channels today (December 12), there are a few other projects in the pipeline as well. One of the much-awaited shows is, ‘Ranga Bou’. The daily soap is ready to bring back two popular artists playing the lead roles. Actor Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Shuri Das will team up again for ‘Ranga Bou’.
Actor Hritojeet Chatterjee bags a meaty role in ‘Ranga Bou’, Actor Hritojeet Chatterjee’s career seems to be on the right track. His previous show ‘Laalkuthi’ recently ended its journey on Bengali television and he has yet another meaty project which is gearing up for launch. Hritojeet will be seen in the upcoming television show ‘Ranga Bou’, which will bring back one of the popular reel jodis of Bengali TV. Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Shruti Das will play the lead roles in this new show which is ready to hit the TV screen soon. The duo shared the screen in 'Trinayani' prior to this.- Hritojeet
will be seen playing Gourab’s brother in 'Ranga Bou' and his character
has some interesting shades too. Prior to this the actor, who played the
romantic hero in ‘Amar Durga’, ‘Sarbamangala’ left the audience
surprised by playing a negative character in ‘Laalkuthi’. He earned
praise for his performance in the show as well. His next TV outing
‘Ranga Bou’ will feature him in a different avatar and the actor is
prepping up for the show.
- Besides
him, ‘Ranga Bou’ will feature some other popular artists of this
industry too. Suman Banerjee, Manoj Ojha and others will also play meaty
roles in this show.
- Bengali TV is ready to welcome a series of new shows. Family-drama, love story, reality shows- a variety of entertainment platter is waiting for Bengali audience. Besides ‘Ranga Bou’, the other upcoming projects are Swastika Dutta and Subhankar Saha starrer ‘Tomar Khola Hawa’, Neel Bhattacharya, Tiyasha Lepcha and Sampuna Lahiri’s ‘Bangla Medium’, ‘Dance Bangla Dance Season 12’ and ‘Super Singer Season 4’.

- Shruti will be seen in a TV show after a brief break. 'Desher Maati' was her last television serial.
- The success of the show prompted the makers to launch it in different regional languages including in Odia, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil and Punjabi. It has also been dubbed in Bhojpuri.

Actors Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Shruti Das, who managed to cast a spell as Dripta-Nayan in TV show ‘Trinayani’, are back!- The duo will share the screen yet again in upcoming daily soap ‘Ranga Bou’.
- It has an interesting storyline which will feature Gourab in a brand new avatar.
- The
handsome hunk, who is mostly seen playing the role of a successful
entrepreneur, played a talented singer’s role in his last TV show
‘Pilu’.
- But ‘Ranga Bou’ will feature him in a completely different shade. The actor has been prepping up for the new role he would be playing in the show and putting effort to come out of Ahir’s shades. His reel character Ahir in Megha Daw starrer ‘Pilu’ was quite popular among the audience.
- Since past two-three weeks rumours were rife that Shruti and Gourab would pair up again. While the makers were tight-lipped the artists maintained a silence too.
- ‘Ranga Bou’ is being produced by Swarnendu Samaddar’s house. Swarnendu, who is dating Shruti, had also directed ‘Trinayani’.
- Fans are eager to see their favourite pair together who shared a crackling chemistry in ‘Trinayani’ which marked the debut of Shruti.
