Avinash Mishra Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 journey, Winner Prize Money: What He Earned?
The finale centred on a demanding helicopter-to-water stunt, which Avinash completed to secure the trophy. His winner's package included ₹20 lakh, an ORN Europe trip and a new Maruti Suzuki Swift. As part of the season's celebrations, all contestants were also awarded Hero Xtreme bikes.
The Bigg Boss 18 contestant entered the season as a challenger, but quickly became one of its strongest performers. The format, billed as Champions vs Challengers, placed newer contestants against familiar names from earlier seasons.
That gave his run a clear underdog edge, especially when he began outperforming more experienced competitors.
One of his key moments came during Team Week, when he was made captain of the rookie side. Avinash led his team through the round without landing them in danger, despite facing a veteran-heavy group led by Rithvik Dhanjani. His command over height-based and machinery-driven stunts also earned him a signed custom Fear Jacket from Rohit Shetty.
His biggest breakthrough before the finale came in an underwater task against Karan Wahi. The stunt tested both technique and calm under pressure, and Avinash's performance helped him become the season's first Top 5 finalist.
What Avinash said after winning Khatron Ke Khiladi 15
Reacting to his win, Avinash said the show helped him prove something to himself more than anyone else. He said he had long been associated with television and screen image, but Khatron Ke Khiladi allowed him to show another side through action rather than performance.
"Most of this journey was actually about the mind," he said, adding that physical preparation matters only until fear takes over. Avinash said he was leaving the show with a stronger belief in himself, calling that his biggest victory.
The season's strong response also underlined the continuing pull of stunt-led non-fiction on Indian television. With its new format, returning favourites and a winner who grew steadily through the competition, Darr Ka Naya Daur gave the franchise a clear comeback moment.

Avinash Mishra's First REACTION after winning Khatron Ke Khiladi 15
“Winning Khatron Ke Khiladi feels special because I thought I signed up for the show with a point to prove, but along the way, the person I ended up proving it to, was myself. I have spent years being associated with television and, yes, with being the good-looking guy on screen. I enjoyed that journey, but I also knew there was so much more I wanted people to see in me. This show gave me the chance to put everything else aside and literally let my actions speak. Most of this journey was actually about the mind. You can prepare yourself physically, but when you are standing at the edge of something terrifying, there is no performance left – it is just you, your fear and the decision you make in that moment. I had to learn to tune out the noise, trust myself, and keep going. There were days when I surprised myself, and those are the moments I will cherish. And to win the show after everything I have discovered about myself here is the kind of ending I could only have hoped for. I came to Khatron Ke Khiladi wanting to test myself; I am leaving with a belief in myself that I didn’t have before. That, for me, is the biggest victory," Avinash Mishra said in a statement as released by Colors channel's team.

Will Karan Wahi Win Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 Water Wheel Stunt?
The stunt that haunted Karan for nine long years was re-introduced in Khatron Ke Khiladi season 15. Viewers should brace themselves for more adventure as Karan Wahi will compete in the infamous water wheel stunt, which he earlier performed in Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8.
"Strapped into a massive, vertically rotating wheel, contestants were required to unlock themselves while the contraption continuously plunged them underwater. The combination of physical exhaustion, freezing water and the psychological pressure of being repeatedly submerged made it one of the show's most daunting elimination tasks. Karan Wahi couldn't perform the stunt last time. All eyes are glued on the new episode as the handsome hunk will take on his biggest challenge in KKK 15," a reliable source close to the show exclusively told Filmibeat Assistant Editor Abhishek Ranjit.
Is Karan ready to face the challenge? The Dil Mil Gaye actor got candid about performing the stunt in KKK 15 as he remembered the pressure and panic associated with the challenge.
"Coming face-to-face with the water wheel after nine years was honestly one of the most intense moments of my Khatron Ke Khiladi journey. I remembered exactly what it felt like the last time - the panic, the pressure and, most importantly, walking away knowing that the stunt had beaten me. So when I saw it again this time, there was a very different battle happening in my head. And then you have four-degree water, being strapped into a wheel that keeps taking you underwater, and your body is screaming at you to get out. You have to control your fear, your breathing and that voice in your head telling you that you've been here before and you couldn't do it. For me, this stunt became less about competing with the other contestants and more about competing with the version of myself who had failed it nine years ago. That is what made it so personal. This time, it was unfinished business. I had to trust Rohit Shetty sir, who was constantly encouraging me, and I had to also put faith in the person I had become in those nine years," Karan Wahi said in a statement released by Colors channel team.
Will Karan Wahi be able to win the water wheel this time? All questions will be answered during the weekend episodes on Colors channel.

The pressure has increased after a difficult week in which several contestants failed to complete key tasks. It so happened that the contestant were given a stunt wherein they had to cross a high rise building by walking on a ladder placed between two buildings mid-air. As per the promo, Harsh Gujral and Shagun Sharma were supposed to perform the stunt. However, both the contestants refused to perform the stunt and aborted it before even starting it. Meanwhile, as Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 is increasing the level of Khatra now, who do you think will be getting the fear ka funda this week and will be facing the pain ka auction.
Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 Elimination: TV star Gaurav Khanna joined Colors TV' Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 carrying with him the advantages of a massive fan following and the momentum of his Bigg Boss 19 victory. His entry had sparked considerable buzz, with viewers eager to see whether the calm, composed television star and reality-show winner could translate his mental strength into physical fearlessness.
As it turns out, Gaurav Khanna didn't just answer that question - he repeatedly pushed himself into some of the most demanding stunts of Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. But after a courageous run, his journey has now come to an unfortunate end after an injury forced him out of the competition. While attempting to climb a suspended ladder, Gaurav aggravated a pre-existing tennis elbow condition, resulting in a severe injury that left him with no choice but to withdraw.
GAURAV KHANNA'S KHATRON KE KHILADI 15 JOURNEY
His exit comes as a particularly tough blow given how much he had already overcome during his time on the show. Even before the injury, Gaurav had been battling physical limitations, including a frozen shoulder and tennis elbow, yet repeatedly chose to step up when the stunts demanded everything he had. And he had plenty to show for it.
One of his standout moments came in the mid-air hanging poles stunt, an intensely technical challenge that tested both balance and nerve. Rather than allowing the height or complexity of the task to rattle him, he executed it with remarkable composure, emerging victorious. Then came the fiery explosion stunt, where Gaurav found himself surrounded by explosive flames, but maintained an almost surgical focus and powered through the challenge.
His grit was tested even more brutally during the rubber bullet endurance task. Standing with his back against shooters, Gaurav and his team had to endure high-speed rubber bullets repeatedly fired directly at them. Despite bruises, he refused to retreat. His ability to absorb the pain and keep going earned him the coveted task of the week honour.
Gaurav also found success in a dynamic tag-team stunt with Farhana Bhatt, where the duo raced against their competitors through an adrenaline-fuelled challenge. Their coordination, speed and ability to perform under pressure saw them clinch the victory. Beyond the stunts, the season also gave Gaurav some unexpected personal connections. He formed a close bond with Harsh, with the two finding common ground over their shared Kanpur connection. And when it came to identifying the contestant who could potentially spring the biggest surprise, Gaurav regarded Orry as the dark horse of the season.
HERE'S HOW GAURAV KHANNA REACTED TO HIS KKK 15 EVICTION
Talking about his experience, Gaurav Khanna said, "This journey on Khatron Ke Khiladi was about so much more than just performing stunts. The world now knows some of the battles I was already fighting in my head, without letting them out, and it was extremely tough to give my full mental bandwidth to every stunt. That's why I couldn't ace all of them, but I gave every stunt my 100%. At the same time, this physically taxing journey helped me take my mind off the emotional roller coaster I was dealing with personally."
He added, "I'm grateful to Endemol and COLORS for giving me the chance to prove to myself that we are stronger than we think we are. I may be walking away with a few pains, marks and bruises, but I'll always wear them as a badge of honour. I also owe a huge thank you to Rohit Shetty sir for his mentorship and for always looking out for my well-being, especially during my last stunt when he respected my decision to continue or not. Most importantly, my fans have been my biggest shield throughout this journey. Their love and concern meant more to me than any trophy. My journey may have ended with an eviction, but I'm walking away braver, stronger and proud that I gave it my best. I'm happy that I gave it a shot with whatever I had left in the tank, stayed real, respectful and dignified, as I always do."
Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 elimination: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, tighten up your seat belts as Colors TV has introduced a massive twist in Khatron Ke Khiladi season 15. As the tagline says, 'Dar ka naya daur', the channel and the production house have planned to take the audience on a fun-filled ride loaded with adventure, thrill, excitement and action. The new season will be loaded with new stunts that will test the determination, capacity and strength of the celebrities. On Sunday (Aufust 23), Gaurav Khanna got eliminated from the reality show due to an elbow injury. He had to abort the stunt because of his injury, finishing at the 12th position.
Avika Gor was the first contestant to get evicted from Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. Guess what? Vishal Aditya Singh will also bid adieu to the show. No, he didn't lose a stunt, but he had to quit due to his injury that he sustained while performing a stunt with Avinash Mishra against Rithvik Dhanjani and Ruhaanika Dhawan.
Who Is New Wildcard Contestant In Khatron Ke Khiladi 15?
