Actress Shagun Sharma, who took a break from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season 2 a few months ago, to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, has now bid adieu to the show. She has now shared the news of her exit from the Ekta Kapoor-produced show post-10-year-leap.

Shagun took to her social media account to share the news of her exit from the popular show. She shared a series of photos from the sets of KSBKBT 2 on her official Instagram handle. Shagun shared a sweet note expressing gratitude to Ekta Kapoor, Smriti Irani, and Amar Upadhyay for guiding and supporting her throughout the show. She also thanked them for helping her grow as an actor. In her note, the actress added that playing Pari Virani will always remain one of the most special experiences of her career.
Shagun Sharma shared several photos featuring Smriti Irani, Amar Upadhyay, Nirvaan Anand, and other cast members of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 on Instagram. In her caption, she wrote that her heart is full as she bids an emotional farewell to her character, Pari Virani. She also highlighted how the role will always hold a special place in her heart.
She further mentioned in the post how she feels honoured to be a part of the show which has a legacy attached to it. Shagun said she feels proud to have played the daughter of Tulsi and Mihir Virani. She also thanked Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms for giving her the opportunity to be part of one of Indian television's most iconic shows.

A show that has been a part of television history, and a legacy I grew up knowing, became a part of my own journey. This journey gave me so much more than memories it gave me my first Star Parivaar Award and my first Indian Television Academy (ITA) Award, milestones that will always hold a very special place in my heart. She expressed gratitude towards every single person who loved, hated, cheered for and supported her character Pari.
As soon as Shagun shared the post, Producer Ekta Kapoor dropped a sweet comment and wrote, “goodluck.” Nirvaan Anand, who was paired opposite Shagun in the role of Ajay, commented, “And then Pari and Ajay lived happily ever after!”

Shagun Sharma’s actor-boyfriend, Aman Gandhi, who is seen as Ritik Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, dropped a comment praising the actress. He also commented, “And how you nailed it.”

Shagun recently returned from Cape Town, South Africa after wrapping up her shoot for Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. She will be next seen in Rohit Shetty hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 as a contestant. The stunt-based reality show will be starting on August 1, 2026.
