Oh yes, going by the latest marketing trends, the duo will soon make a guest appearance on Kapil Sharma’s chat show to promote their upcoming film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
And trust us readers, these two Bollywood biggies are not the only pair to be on a promotional spree. Just like Salman and Sonam, some of our favourite television faces including Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani and Adaa Khan are also geared up to promote their show Naagin. The very bubbly and vivacious Ragini Khanna is set to spread smile in the most favourite show Comedy Nights With Kapil on Colors.
The coming weekend will see a Doctor’s Special sequence which will have doctors as live audience.
The charming lady Ragini will be seen as the niece of chacha (Chandan Prabhakar ).
And like always, this episode will too see a film promotion with khiladi Akshay Kumar coming in to market Baby.

Get ready to witness a melodious night with the renowned dandiya queen Falguni Pathak on your favorite show Comedy Nights With Kapil on Colors.
Yes, this will be the first time that Falguni and Kapil Sharma will share the stage. And with the occasion being Navratri, viewers will surely have a visual treat on the TV screens.

The cast of popular TV show "Comedy Nights With Kapil" shot special episodes in Dubai recently and Dadi, played by Ali Asgar on the show, tried to give her trademark kiss to a sheikh there.
Bittu Sharma’s perpetually drunk Dadi will be seen trying to give a sheikh her trademark “Shagun Ki Pappi” in the episode that will be aired this weekend on Colors.
Ever since it went live in June 2013, the show which has crossed the 100-episode mark has continuously entertained people.
For the special episode, the entire team is hell bent on giving the best time to their fans. For instance Manju and Bua will be seen forcing Dadi to take on the ‘murga’ position after she is caught by the Dubai cops for stealing!
While Dadi continues to be naughty in Dubai, Manju, essayed by Sumona Chakravarti, will surprise the viewers as she drops her sari-clad avatar and sports kurti and a pair of jeans.
Upasana Singh as Bua will further make the audience laugh as she claims that she resembles fictional character Aladin’s mother owing to which she ventures into the depths of Dubai in a hunt of Aladin’s father!
Palak, played by Kiku Sharda, went on a selfie spree to the extent that she even tried to click a selfie with a camel.
Adding to their overall experience in a foreign land, the Sharma family will also be joined by the “Creature 3D” cast Bipasha Basu and Imran Naqvi along with singers Mika Singh and Shaan.

Comedy Nights with Kapil on Colors is a show which has become
synonymous with its anchor and creator, Kapil Sharma, other important
characters in the show have also gained popularity beyond limits.
One such face is Upasana Singh playing the role of Bua, who with her superb comic timing of a desperate woman seeking matrimony has been loved by one and all.
Now, it seems that the makers (K9 Productions and SOL) are upping the ante at the content front by using the Bua card.

Wondering who it is?
Well, it’s none other than anchor-comedian Suresh Menon.
The actor is well known for his comic timing thus, he was offered Comedy Nights … but he declined it.
Why did he do so?
Here it from him…. “Kapil’s show is hunting for men who can play women. All you know 50 years down the line men might have to do bedroom scenes with other men,” the actor laughs out loud.
In a satirical way he further goes on to say, “I am personally very fond of Kapil’s show as it’s very funny but I’d better be a part of my own show than others.”
The actor is also the co founder of ONE (one entertainment networks) which is involved in production, creation and aggregation of content across digital platforms.

The popular GEC Colors has been on a desperate lookout for another Gutthi ever since Sunil Grover (who earlier played Gutthi) walked out of Comedy Nights with Kapil (K9 and SOL Productions) to move to greener pastures.
And with the news coming of Sunil finalizing his show with a rival channel, Colors promptly went on to send him a legal notice claiming their right over ‘Gutthi’ and the water thus tuned murkier between them.
But all of it has been reported to death and thus leaving bygones past us, we are here to give you latest updates on the show.
As soon as we opened our eyes in the morning sunshine, we were greeted with news on a national publication about the talented actor Gaurav Gera roped in to replace Sunil.
Well before your thoughts reach far, let us burst your thought bubble. The news is not true!
Gaurav is not playing Gutthi!!!
Yes, the actor has definitely joined hands with the show, but that was just for a particular episode. “Yes, I shot for an episode of Comedy Nights With Kapil yesterday (25 November 2013),” informed Gaurav.
And confirming about him not playing the new Gutthi, Gaurav averred, “Gutthi was my favourite too and I am sure everybody is waiting for her comeback; but am not playing Gutthi. My character’s name is Dulaari. She is a street-smart girl and has entered Kapil’s house to meet the celebrities by fooling Lachcha (Kiku Sharda).”
So do we see you as a permanent character on the show? “For this you’ll have to wait. Talks are on but nothing is confirmed yet,” the actor quipped.

The people behind Comedy Nights With Kapil (Colors) are hell-bent to take Sunil Grover to task. Taking the fight further, on Wednesday Viacom 18 who produces Comedy Nights With Kapil, issued a public notice stating no actor has the right to take Gutthi out of the show and onto another public platform and doing so would amount to a legally cognizable copyright infringement.
Shocked and amused by the turn of events Sunil Grover whose enactment of Gutthi was a selling point on Kapil’s show until Grover exited, spoke exclusively to Tellychakkar.com.“First of all, when have I said that I am taking Gutthi with me? I just said I am doing something else. I never said anything about taking the character with me.”
Scoffing at the claim that Gutthi belongs to the show and the channel Grover says, “If that was so where was Gutthi in the first few episodes? Why did she show up later? Secondly I have played the same character on Star One in a show called Hans Baliye. The only difference was that the character was called Chutki instead of Gutthi.”
Sunil wonders why such a hue and cry is being made about his exit from Comedy Nights With Kapil and more importantly why the attempts to clip his wings? “Why a public notice about something I never claimed? As far as stealing creative or intellectual property is concerned Kapil Sharma too did the same things on another show Comedy Circus on another channel that he is doing now on Comedy Nights With Kapil. But that other channel didn’t threaten to take legal action against him, did it?”
Sunil refuses to be cowed down by these attempts to clip his wings. “You can take away Gutthi from me. But no one can take away my talent, for whatever it may be worth. I am quite shocked at the levels of insecurity being demonstrated. It only makes me more determined than ever to push ahead with my own thing.”
Sunil wonders who is behind these attempts to cut him down to size. “I’ve nothing against Viacom 18. They are very professional and easy-going. I wonder who is instigating them to pull me down.”
Sunil is currently in consultation with a team of lawyers. “I’ve shown them my contract for Comedy Nights With Kapil. We’re trying to see if there are any areas where I can be faulted. I wanted to make my exit dignified. But it looks like I won’t be allowed to.”

There was suddenly a lot of interference in the way he projected himself in the show. Sunil began to feel stifled. Rather than stay on in a situation that was growing increasingly difficult Sunil chose to leave the project.”
Another source very close to Sunil Grover said, “Vested interests are spreading the rumour that Sunil left the show due to monetary issues. Seeing the popularity of his character Sunil is supposed to have demanded more money, which is complete hogwash. Sunil loves his character Gutthi and intends to take her forward.”
