Any guesses?
Well, it happened so that the faces of the show recently experienced a Déjà vu moment.
Krishna Bharadwaj and Priyamvada Kant who are currently shooting for the historical comedy series have to speak in Sanskrit in the show.
And the common string is both of them were Sanskrit scholars during their school days.
Talking about it, Priyamvada who plays Tenali’s wife said, “We both have won accolades in Sanskrit during our school days. We had Sanskrit as a subject in school. While shooting we have to use Sanskrit words and it reminds us of our school times.”
All we can say is that it is such an exciting piece that both Krishna and Priyamvada can talk about forever.

Actor Manav Gohil is looking forward to being part of upcoming TV show "Tenali Rama".

Manav will be seen essaying the role of Krishnadevraya, the King of Vijaynagar empire, in the comedy drama. The show will air on SAB TV from July.

"It's time to get back together with SAB TV and it feels great. The last I did ‘Yam Hain Hum' with them and that had left a very good taste in my head about the people," Manav said in a statement.

He added: "This time it's Krishnadevaraya, a very powerful king that I am portraying. It's a comedy show and I am looking forward to working with a new set of people. The show is "Tenali Rama" and
I am so ready to get rolling with this one."

"Tenali Rama" is a story of the legendary poet Tenali (played by Krishna Bharadwaj) in Krishnadevraya's court who uses creative methods to solve even the trickiest problems.

Sony SAB’s Tenali Rama, is soon turning out to be a show to be watch out for with a long list of talented actors already added to their kitty, Veteran actor also Pankaj Berry joins the cast.

He will be playing a very interesting role of Tathacharya. Tathacharya is the royal priest in the court room of King Krishnadevraya. Tathacharya is a cunning, greedy man, and the biggest enemy of Tenali Rama. He hates Tenali Rama to the core and his only motive is to throw him out from the King’s court. He also has set his eyes on the royal treasury. Tenali Rama with his intelligence always outdoes Tathacharya which leaves Tathacharya fuming.

Commenting on his role, Pankaj Berry who plays Tathacharya says, “I am very excited to play Tathacharya. It is a very different kind of challenging role, there are different layers to the character
even though it's a negative character".

Tathacharya tries his level best to throw Tenali Rama out from King Krishnadevraya’s court. I have always read the stories of Tenali Rama growing up and was very fond of the character, it’s like a dream come true for me to play an important role in a series which has a strong folk connect.

Sony’s Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhaagey

Sony Entertainment Television’s Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhaagey is a titillating tale of two people with wide agegap who come together and face unexpected bizarre situations together.

As you must have seen, Aru (Niyati Fatnani) and Mukhi’s (Eijaz Khan) love story has began to bloom.

While the eccentrics of their own story take place, Rami (Ananya Khare) and Laalji (Manish Khanna) are constantly conjuring plans to get rid of Aru.

And now some more shocking stuff is going to take place!

As per our sources, Laalji is going to turn himself into a beast and scare Aru and Mukhi will fight with him to save Aru.

Will Mukhi succeed in defeating the beast? Or will he be failing to do so?

Life OK’s Ghatotkacha

The well-known Marathi production house Kothare Vision is making debut on Hindi GEC by bringing a mythological show on the lives of Ghatotkacha (son of Bheem and Hidimbi).

As per our sources, the project has been commissioned by Life OK, and the makers will soon shoot the pilot.

We have heard that, Bigg Boss fame Sambhavna Seth and talented young actor Vishal Jethwa will play antagonists in the drama. They will be seen portraying mother-son jodi who would fight against Ghatotkacha.

Ghatotkacha’s mother role Hidimbi, will be depicted by beautiful newly married actress Mugdha Chaphekar, who was last seen in Saheb Biwi Aur Boss.

The casting for the main lead character Ghatotkacha is still on. When we called Mugdha, she shared, “Yes, I have been approached but nothing is finalized yet.”

Vishal refused to comment while Sambhavna remained unavailable. Stay tuned to this space for more updates!

Star Plus "Dance + Season 3" 2017

National Award-winning actress Kangana Ranaut kissed Raghav Juyal on his cheek during an appearance on dance reality show "Dance + Season 3".

After shaking a leg with Kangana, Raghav said: "You're an inspiration because you've gone out of your way to voice your opinion on women's issues and ensure that they get the same privileges as men. I am honoured to be standing next to you."

Impressed by his words, Kangana planted a kiss on his cheek and said: "I am happy that you realise the privilege you get as a man. Most men don't admit this."
Kangana appeared on the Star Plus show to promote her new film "Simran".

 

 

Ace choreographer-filmmaker Remo D'Souza, who will return as Super Judge in the upcoming third season of "Dance +", says the popular dance reality show will have a higher level this year and will bring out an international dancing sensation.

"With the third season, we're planning to take the competition a level higher. We have managed to handpick talent from across India who have to battle it out with internationally acclaimed dance champions in the final round of every episode.

"This year and this season, I wish to give the nation an international dancing sensation," Remo said in a statement.

Besides Remo, "Dance + Season 3" will also feature choreographers Shakti Mohan, Dharmesh Yelande and Punit Pathak as mentors.

The show will start after the finale of "Nach Baliye 8" on Star Plus.

MTV Big F Season 2 will be highlighting the issue of forced prostitution through the story of a young talented singer, Nazia who is pushed into prostitution owing to her troubled childhood and financial circumstances.

Nazia, played by Sharmin Kazi is a young talented singer whose mother used to be a singer at the bar and dreamt that her daughter would have better opportunities in the field of music. Owing to poor financial circumstances and  troubled childhood, Nazia is forced to choose prostitution and singing in the bar to make her ends meet. She attends college during the day time and secretly changes her identity in the night. The story takes a turn when a young college boy Tarun, played by Shrikant Bhatt gets to know about Nazia’s secret profession. In order to hide his sexual orientation, Tarun strikes a deal with Nazia to act as his girlfriend in front of his college friends. Will Nazia’s secret be revealed?

On playing a prostitute on MTV Big F, Sharmin Kazi said, “For an actor it's amazing to play different kind of characters. And I was more than happy to play the character of a prostitute because it's different from ordinary .Prostitution in India is a very sensitive topic, girls are forced into prostitution owning to ill luck and circumstances and in some cases girls get into it on their own because they do not have any other means to fend for themselves. These girls are just like you and me .Even they have dreams and ambitions to become something but they can't because they have to hide their identity but the clients are never blamed to pay for having sex. MTV Big F very aesthetically portrays Nazia's struggles.”
