Actress Papiya Adhikari to play a prominent role in ‘Dutta and Bouma’

Actress Papiya Adhikari will be seen in one of these shows. The actress, who has been a part of many Bengali films and hit ‘Jatra Pala’, will essay a meaty role in the upcoming show ‘Dutta and Bouma’. She is paired opposite senior actor Koushik Banerjee. The upcoming television show has an interesting pair up as the lead cast.

Star Cast:

Titiksha Das and Aditya Bakshi are set to essay the lead jodi in ‘Dutta and Bouma’. Titiksha is a model while Aditya has been a part of web-series earlier.
Papiya will be seen on Bengali television after quite some time. The actress was busy with her political career. She was last seen in ‘Gangster Ganga’, playing a meaty role. Papiya essayed Kochi Pisi’s role in the Sanghamitra Talukder starrer comedy-drama. Kochi, who was struct by nature, played havoc in Ganga's life.

Story:

In ‘Dutta and Bouma’, she will be seen in a completely different avatar. The show has an interesting storyline that narrates the story of Dutta family who runs a successful jewellery business. The daughter-in-law of the Dutta family joins the business and successfully runs it. How did the family and business becomes ‘Dutta and Bouma’ from ‘Dutta and Sons’ forms the crux of the story.
