Kanmani agrees to pretend as Ravi Varman's wife; demands money for her sister's surgery- Shiju AR and Susmitha Prabhakaran starrer, 'Neeyum Njanum' left the fans surprised by the twist of introducing Kanmani, a look-alike of lead character Sreelekshmi. It seems like the show has more surprises in the store too.
- In the recent episode, Ravi Varman is seen bidding goodbye to the villagers and decides to leave the place. He says that it is heartbreaking that he couldn't find Sreelekshmi. However, he is hopeful that she will reach him. Ravi tells Raja Ram that he is afraid to inform Sudharshan that he had mistaken Kanmani for Sreelekshmi.
- Later, when they were on the way back, Kanmani stops them and asks whether Ravi will surely pay for her sister's surgery. She also demands that she wants Ravi to build a house for his family if she has to act as his wife. Ravi happily agrees to her demands and Kanmani decides to act as Sreelekshmi, Ravi's missing wife. However, Raja Ram is not seen much happy with Kanmani's decision.
- On the other hand, Sudarshan and Sarojam are excited after learning about Sreelekshmi. They believe that they have got their daughter back and she will soon reach them. During the conversation, Sarojam says that it is because of her prayers that they got Sreelekshmi back. Later, the duo ends up in a silly fight about the importance of mother and father in a kid's life.

About the show:
- Neeyum Njanum (transl. You and Me) is an Indian Malayalam-language television series which premiered on 10 February 2020 on Zee Keralam and streams on ZEE5. It stars Shiju, , Lakshmi Nandan and Manka Mahesh.
- The series is an official remake of Zee Marathi series Tula Pahate Re.
Story:
- The story revolves around the lives of Ravi Varman, a 45-year old sophisticated business entrepreneur and a poor 20-year old girl next door Sreelakshmi, whose poor parents are worried about her future.

on-screen couple, Ravi Varman and Sreelakshmi, played by Shiju AR and
Susmitha enjoy a huge fan following among youngsters; due credit to
their striking chemistry.
