Drama Juniors 5 Grand Finale to air on August 29, it will a 2-hour-long show with many spectacular performances by the contestants. Popular actor Sunil and veteran actress Roja Ramani as the special guests. Roja Ramani got emotional watching a skit but the contestants and recalled a few memories of her yesteryear classic Bhakthaprahlada. There are many highlights in the show, sources suggest.- Semi Finals: actress-TV judge Lakshmi Manchu gracing the show as a special guest. While she enjoys all the Independence Day special acts of the kids on the show, Ali shared the struggles faced by actor Mohan Babu's landlord humilated the latter as he delayed the house rent for three months due to financial crunch.
- The show will invite popular actress Aamani in the upcoming episode. She will perform on her popular song Edurinti Mangala Gowri from the 1982 film Subhalagnam featuring her and Jagapathi Babu in the lead roles. Incidentally, the film was directed by SV Krishna Reddy, one of the main judges of the show. Besides, the contestants of the show also stage an entertaining sketch on Aamani's popular song and characters in movies.

The channel airing the show has unveiled a teaser on the actor's birthday (July 19) in which he can be seen having a blast in the show. He has stepped into the shoes of Renu Desai as one of the judges of the reality TV show. The episode will also see host Pradeep returning to the show as the host and some hilarious sketches by the child actors of the show.

- Pradeep Machiraju is going host Drama Juniors season 5
- Pradeep was away from the show for a few episodes reportedly due to illness and personal loss. Pradeep's father Panduranga Machiraju passed away due to COVID-19 related complications recently. Anchor Ravi hosted the episodes in the absence of Pradeep.
- Drama Juniors 5 was announced in 2020 but the show was postponed due to the pandemic. However, the makers have relaunched the show and shot for the first bunch of episodes in Annapurna Studios recently.
- Interestingly,
Ravi can be seen hosting the show in the absence of Pradeep Machiraju.
The reasons behind his absence remain unknown though.
- This is the first time SV Krishna Reddy will be seen in the reality TV series featuring talented kids showcase their exceptional acting talent. The makers of the show are prepping up for the first shoot schedule in the first week of April.

In the video, Harish can be seen on the shooting floor. He steps into the vanity van of the actor and when the viewers expect a film star, a boy gives the shot and Harish hails him for the performance. However, it is quickly shown that this is the daydream of a boy who notices the billboard of Drama Juniors season 5 and wants to be on the show.
