Sarayu Season 2, 2021 Sarayu is back on air for the second time
Kannada serial Sarayu, which came to an end in the year 2018, is back on air for the second time on a leading general entertainment channel, from Monday to Friday at 1.30 pm. The serial has Abhishek Das and Shwetha Hegde in the lead and is directed by Mahesh Sarang.

- The project, which is a love story, was also shot in Thailand and Malaysia.
Star Cast:
- Abhishek Das is excited to know that the serial is going on air again. The project gave a major break to Abhishek Das who continued to get offers on the small screen. He is currently seen in the serial Gattimela as Vikram Vasistha, brother of Vedanth Vasishta.
His experience in serials also fetched him many offers in Sandalwood.
He made his Kannada silver screen debut with the movie Ambi Ning
Vayassaytho. He has also signed Hostel Hudugaru Bekagidaare and in
another movie Mafia, he will be sharing screen space with Prajwal Devaraj as an antagonist.
- The serial also has Tanisha, Sunil, Chitra, Harish Roy, Anusha Rai,
Ganapathi Bhat and many others in significant roles.
- The project marked the debut of Shwetha Hegde.
