About the show:

Thendral Vanthu Ennai Thodum is an Indian Tamil language Drama Romance television series that premiere on Tamil General Entertainment Channel Star Vijay and it will be available on the digital platform Disney+Hotstar.
The show is produced by SOL Productions and stars Pavithra Janani and Vinoth Babu in lead roles. It is the remake of the television series Khelaghor, which is aired on Star Jalsha.
Thendral Vanthu Ennai Thodum to premiere on August 16, the show will air in the noon slot.
The story is about two individuals Abhinaya and Vetri. Abhinaya is a widow but still lives with her loving in-laws and fears getting married again due to the tragic death of her husband... On the contrary, Vetri is an arrogant rowdy who doesn't know about marriage and feels about wearing the mangal sutra is just the marriage.

Story:

Thendral Vandhu Ennai Thodum's story revolves around the lives of Abhinaya (Pavithra) and Vetri (Vinoth). For the first time, US return Abhinaya meets Vetri at the temple. Fate brings them together and Vetri gets married to Abhinaya under unexpected circumstances. Though it isn’t the marriage she had planned or expected, Abhinaya holds back on the values and tradition. She enters Vetri’s life as his wife. Following this, whether Vetri accepts her as his wife, will Abhinaya be able to handle Vetri and his rustic behavior and overcome the hurdles-forms the crux of the story.

Star Cast:

Vinoth Babu is famous for his performance in the shows Sundari Neeyum Sundaran Naanum (as Velmurugan aka Velu) and Sivagami (as Rajkumar). He has hosted shows like Kollywood Sambrathayam and Comedyku Naanga Guarantee. Kalakka Povathu Yaaru Season 8 brought him close to the TV audience.
Pavithra Janani is known for her performances in the shows Eeramaana Rojaave (as Malarvizhi Vetrivel), Lakshmi Vandhachu, Office, Mella Thirandhathu Kadhavu, Raja Rani, and Saravanan Meenatchi (seasons 2 & 3), to name a few.
