Top Singer 2 winner: Sreenandh Vinod lifts the trophy; receives a flat worth Rs. 50 lakhs as prize
After the much-entertained grand finale, singer Sreenandh Vinod lifted the trophy of Top Singer season 2. The young singer has been crowned as winner by actor Jayasurya. Vinod received a flat worth Rs. 50 lakhs. When singer Ann Benson became the first runner-up, Akshith grabbed the third position in the competition.
On Thiruvonam day, Team Top Singer 2 presented a marathon grand finale for the viewers. The grand finale witnessed a 14-hour-long competition before declaring the winner. Along with actor Jayasurya, actress Anu Sithara, last season's winner Sreelakshmi also graced the musical extravaganza. Notably, singer Shreya Ghoshal also congratulated the winner.
At the same event, actor Jayasurya also launched the logo of the next season of the TV series.
Sreenandh was one of the much-loved contestants of the show. Besides his divine singing, the young singer was appreciated for his song selection too.

In the recent episode of the show, Sreekumar gifted a special cake for Anuradha and the same was brought to the stage. When the singer asked about the reason for the surprise, Sreekumar shared that he liked one of Anuradha's recent Bengali songs, thus decided to give the latter a treat. Further, thanking Sreekumar for the surprise, Anuradha tends to cut the cake but the balloon, which was inside the cake burst leaving the former shocked. After the surprise, Anuradha was seen asking Sreekumar whether he was happy after the prank.
