Ashwanth Thilak joins the cast of 'Idhu Namma Madurai Sisters': In the latest episode, Ashwanth Thilak makes an entry to intensify the drama. Vanathai Pola 'Vetri' aka Ashwanth Thilak, will be seen playing as 'Ashwin'. The producers had revealed that his role would be pivotal, paving the way for the major drama in the soap. According to the storyline, Ashwin is the love interest of the second sister of the 'Madurai Sisters', Meghala (As Sunitha).- A brand new Tamil television show is set to entertain the audience, starring ‘Thiruda Thirudi’ fame actress Chaya Singh, Sunitha, Sangavi, and Ira Agarwal. The daily soap will be launched on February 21 at 7 pm.
About the Show:
Namma Madurai Sisters will narrate the tale of four sisters- Indrani, Meghala, Bhuvana, and Kavya, who, through their years of hard work, open a departmental store- ‘Annam Angadi’.- The makers of the show have now unveiled an intriguing promo showcasing the journey of these four sisters. Orphaned at a young age, the promo puts forth their struggle through the ages, eventually leading them to become successful. Namma Madurai Sisters, a saga of love and sisterhood set against familial rivalry, is set to entertain audiences.

background score for the show was done by Vaikom Vijayalakshmi, a
visually challenged musician. According to the makers, in the
announcement released, ‘Inspired by Vijayalakshmi, and other powerful
women like her, the upcoming fiction show promises to be a heartening
display of grit and courage, highlighting different facets of women."
Star Cast:
- The show also marks the return of actress Chaya Singh to the Tamil world. In 2019, the actress made her debut in the Tamil TV world with "Run," a thriller drama directed by K. Rajeev Prasad. Though the serial received a good response in the initial days, it went off-air with 197 episodes due to the corona pandemic.
- Chaya Singh is
a well-known actress and a choreographer for the Tamil audience. She
made her debut in Tamil with the blockbuster ‘Thiruda Thirudi’ as Viji
alongside actor Dhanush. And her performance in the chartbuster
‘Manmatha Rasa’ brought her wide popularity.
