Drona team lifts the golden trophy of Vellum Thiramai at the grand finale- Aspiring
to identify South India’s finest talents, the popular Tamil talent
reality show, Vellum Thiramai, had its grand finale on Sunday, October
30. Judged by the actor Nikki Galrani, actor and martial arts expert
Shihan Hussaini, and choreographer Sridhar, the finale witnessed the
best of performances in all their grandeur.
- Drona Academy lifted the golden trophy with a cash prize of Rs 2.5 lakh,
while JDC and Yova Yoga Academy also had their moment of pride as the
1st and 2nd runner-up of the show with a cash prize of Rs 1.24 lakh and
Rs 75,000, respectively.

The popular Hindi reality show Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaan is set to launch its Tamil version, 'Vellum Thiramai', soon.- 'Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaan' is a popular Hindi talent hunt reality show which was judged by famous celebrities like Mithun Chakraborty, Parineeti Chopra, and Karan Johar. The show was hosted by Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa.
- The makers have now revealed that VJ Andrews will be hosting the show.
- VJ Andrews is a popular host, who started his career
anchoring various news shows. Later, he appeared in shows like Villa to
Village and Ready Steady Po. He was also seen hosting various stage
