- John Bhattacharyya and Oindrila Bose team up for a new project

Actor John Bhattacharyya’s career seems to be on the right track. The actor, who became a household name with the success of TV shows ‘Bojhe Na Se Bojhena’, ‘Naag Leela’, ‘Nojor’, has been striking a fine balance between his television projects and movies. The young actor has bagged yet another project. He will soon be seen in a film which will stream on an OTT platform.- John, who played a prominent role in Dev starrer ‘Golondaaj’, is one of the most popular young actors. The actor-dancer enjoys a huge fan following. He is currently a part of Bengali soap opera ‘Mithai’ as well. He is playing Omi Agarwal’s character in the show, starring Adrit Roy and Soumitrisha Kundoo as the lead pair. Omi’s presence in the story has spiced up the entertainment quotient. Omi is male protagonist Siddhartha’s (played by Adrit) arch-rival. Prior to this, he played the lead role in TV show ‘Rimli’ which had Idhika Paul as the female lead. Although the show had a brief run on Bengali television, Idhika and John’s reel chemistry had managed to catch the attention of viewers.
- John has paired up with actress Oindrila Bose for the upcoming venture. It’s a love story with an interesting twist. Oindrila, on the hand, made her debut with TV show ‘Shubho Drishti’. Soon, after this, she bagged yet another TV show produced by Susanta Das. The show ‘Alo Chhaya’ also had Debadrita Basu as Oindrila’s reel sister. Oindrila is scheduled to play a meaty role in upcoming television serial ‘Saheber Chithi’.
