- TV show ‘Nabab Nandini’ is set for some high-voltage drama ahead. In order to score well on TRP charts and amp up the entertainment quotient, baddie Arnab’s character will be re-introduced to the story soon. With this, actor Rahul Dev Bose, who was seen at the beginning of the show for just a few episodes as a cameo, will soon make a comeback in the Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh-Indrani Paul starrer.

About the Show, Story:
- Speaking about the new show ‘Nabab Nandini’, the show will narrate the story of two young hearts.

protagonist Nandini is a hardworking girl who is brave and honest. She
works as an assistant to Komolika, a snob business woman. Komolika’s
brother-in-law Naba
b is a talented football player. To him, football is more than a passion. - Nandini arrives
at Nabab’s household and eventually becomes a part of it. She helps the
family in many ways. Things take a different turn when love blossoms
between Nabab and Nandini.
- How the duo starts a new journey and faces all the hurdles together form the main crux. Rezwan is playing Nabab’s character, Nandini is played by Indrani while Anannya Biswas will be seen as Komolika.

She will play Geeta, a housewife, whose presence will certainly add some new spices to the storyline. Sanghasri isn’t new to Bengali audience. She has been a part of many fiction, non-fiction shows and made her presence felt in movies as well with power-packed performances. ‘Ami Sirajer Begum’, 'Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay', ‘Bodhisattwor Bodhbuddhi’, ‘Gole Maale Gol’, are some of her recent TV shows. Her performance in Krushal Ahuja-Swastika Dutta’s ‘Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’ earned praises from the audience. Sanghasri also has OTT projects to her credit.
Actor Rahul Dev Bose makes a come back in ‘Nabab Nandini’; here’s what he has to say, Rahul started shooting for the show a few days back. Industry sources suggest that the makers are determined to pose a strong competition against Bengali TV’s yet another popular show ‘Mithai’, which is now being aired in the same time slot on a rival channel. Viewers have seen Rahul playing different characters in TV shows, movies as well as OTT projects. ‘Nabab Nandini’ is will feature him in an interesting character yet again. “Arnab's character was reinvented for this track. This was not how the character was played out in the cameo appearance I had made when the show began. I don’t believe the intent was to bring him back or at least not in this form,” confesses Rahul. The actor was recently contacted by the makers of 'Nabab Nandini' regarding the new storyline. “When I was told about how Arnab’s character is going to be flipped on its head, it excited me. It was too exciting to let go of. Hence I chose to break my sabbatical from television and come in for another short stint,” he adds. The actor also confessed how he was keen on pushing his envelop and play characters that challenge him rather than essaying stereotypical roles. Interestingly, the actor, whose performance in ‘Aay Khuku Aay’ managed to catch the attention of the audience, has yet another reason to be happy. “I played an interesting character for Shohorer Ushnotomo Din E which incidentally has been chosen in the Bengali Panorama section for Kolkata International Film Festival. So for me this quite the double delight!” says Rahul before signing out.
