Amid all these, Srijit has announced the new season of this series based on Satyajit Ray’s Feluda, who has been an essential part of childhood nostalgia, early adulthood and is equally appealing even if you are a grown-up.

een in the new season of ‘Feludar Goyendagiri’ which is based on Satyajit Ray’s ‘Bhuswarga Bhoyonkor’. - Tota is all excited about his new venture. The ace actor had worked hard for the previous season to look convincing as Prodosh Mitter aka our very own Feluda. At that time, Tota had been busy with his Bollywood venture, which is directed by none other than Karan Johar and features some very popular artists. Tota had to quickly shed extra weight to look fit and fab as private investigator Feluda who can solve any mystery with his ‘Mogojastro’ but doesn’t hesitate to take up a pistol when needed.
- The earlier season, which streamed on a leading Bengali OTT platform, received a mixed reaction. While a section of fan appreciated Tota’s performance as Feluda, some aren’t happy with the ‘creative liberty’ enjoyed by the makers. Some even compared it with the other adaptations on Feluda series as well.
