A serial ending generally paves way for a new one, but not always!

Sometimes, it also makes way for changes in the schedule of the existing shows. Following suit, SAB TV will see few programming changes in the coming days. As readers would know, Khatmal-E-Ishq, is set to bid adieu TV screens tomorrow (31 March). And Dil Deke Dekho will take up its slot at 10 pm from next week (3 April).

Dil Deke Dekho currently airs at the 10:30 pm slot. When we contacted Abhishek Bajaj, who plays the lead in Dil Deke Dekho, he said, “I feel that it’s a great step taken by the channel. Our show is a family drama and most people sleep early in our country. Now, I feel more people will be able to watch our serial."

Karva Chauth drama in SAB TV's Saheb Biwi Aur Boss

Time for some festive celebration in SAB TV’s Saheb Biwi Aur Boss (Edit II Productions).

The show lead Anisha (Mugdha Chaphekar) will observe karwa chauth fast in the show.

As per the upcoming track, she will fast for Sunny (Vipul Roy). Vinod (Dhruv Singh) would come with breakfast for Anisha and Sunny. Sunny would tell Vinod that she has kept fast to get a good husband in future. Hence, Vinod would think that it’s a good time to offer water to Anisha and break her fast at night.

On the other side, Mandodari (Resham Tipnis) will also decide to keep fast for Sunny. At night Mandodari and Vinod would go to Anisha’s home.

But here comes the twist!

Anisha and Sunny will recreate DDLJ karwa chauth scene in the show.

Anisha would faint and fall down and Sunny would quickly come and serve water to her.

This sequence has already been shot and will air in coming days.

SAB TV’s ‘Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi, Let’s Go!’ gears up to drive right into your home

Every middle class family dreams of owning a four wheeler and the Ahujas’ are no different! Their mundane life takes an interesting turn when they get home their first ever car, a ‘Maruti Alto 800’. With a never seen before concept on Indian television, this narrative is a unique one as it traces the relationship that an individual - Karan Ahuja played by Romit Raj shares with his vehicle. ‘Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi Let’s Go!’ premiers on October 28th at 7: 30 pm on SAB TV.

The show chronicles the journey of the Ahuja family and how their life turns exciting when they purchase their very first car. Mr. Ahuja who has been working in a bank’s car loan department has always wished for his own car but he has not been able to save enough to make his dream come true. On his 50th birthday, his family decides to gift him a Maruti Alto 800. And, that’s when the adventure begins! Ahuja’s son, Karan starts hearing voices and statements from his family car, only to realise that nobody except him can hear those sounds. Karan takes advantage of this situation and decides to make the car his constant conversation companion.

That’s not all! Due to the relationship Karan shares with the car; it also helps him resolve day to day problems at home and helps him come out of situations thereby bringing his family closer.

Produced by Deepti Bhatnagar productions, ‘Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi, Lets Go’, will see an ensemble cast - Anang Desai, Romit Raj, Shrishty Rode and Yamini Singh as central characters. ‘Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi, Let’s Go!’ will define ALTO 800 as not just a car, but a character which is interactive, fun and exciting. The car is depicted as a fun-loving friend who also contributes in making the life of the protagonist fun and bringing happiness to the whole family.

Vrajesh Hirjee to enter SAB TV's Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hain

Vrajesh Hirjee, the newlywed actor is again in news!!           

Yes, soon after getting into nuptial vows with girl friend Rohini Bannerjee, Vrajesh has taken up a plump cameo role in SAB TV’s Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hain (Shashi-Sumeet Productions).

As per reliable sources, “His character name will be Chandu, and he will be a director by profession. He will be the uncle of Pinki (Zalak Desai).”

When contacted, Vrajesh confirmed the news with Tellychakkar.com, saying “Yes, I have started shoot for Hum Aapke Ghar… It is a nice and interesting cameo role. However, I am not aware of the number of episodes I will be featured in.”

We hear that the entire family will get into an obsession to act, and will go on to please the director in their own way, to get a role in his movie.

SAB TV's Welcome Chidiya Ghar

SAB TV’s one of the longest and popular comedy dramas, Chidiya Ghar, will continue entertaining viewers for some more days.
The Garima Productions’ show, which is known for its unique storyline and characterization, has got an extension of few days from the channel.
Yes, the daily which was supposed to end on 21 September will now go off air on 2 October (2017).
The show lead Aditi Sajwan confirmed the news and shared, “yes, our show has got an extension of few more days. I am happy that Chidiya Ghar has entertained viewers for many years. If we get an extension, it will be a bonus and if it doesn’t get, it is fine. We are happy with the kind of love and adulation we have received from fans.”

Sab TV's Yam Hain Hum

Naarad and Yam to be pitted against each other in SAB TV's Yam Hai Hum

SAB TV’s Yam Hai Hum (Swastik Productions) will see a challenge thrown in by the Goddesses on Yam (Manav Gohil) during the Navratri celebrations.

The Matas will talk about Yam being their biggest devotee. And Naaradji (Vijay G Badllani) will get into a conversation with the Matas that he too is their big devotee. However, when the Matas will tell Naaradji that Yam is the biggest devotee, Naaradji will instigate them to put Yam to a challenge wherein he will have to prove his devotion towards the Goddesses.

This interesting track will be special as for the first time, Naaradji will be pitted against Yam. While Yam will try his best to win the challenges, Naaradji will try to throw a lot of obstacles in the way of Yam so that he will not win the challenge.

As for Vijay, he will don a new avatar again, to create confusions for Yam. In this sequence, Naaradji will don a Sardar look.

Will Yam overcome the challenges of Naaradji and win the contest?
We hear that the track will bring in hilarious sequences and situations and will be a visual treat for the viewers.

When contacted, Vijay told us, “Yes, Naaradji has always been helpful to Yam. But in this track, Naaradji will for the first time go against Yam.”

The beautiful Deepshikha Nagpal who was last seen in Colors’ Bigg Boss will soon be back on TV.
The actress has been roped in for SAB TV’s Yam Hain Hum (Swastik Productions).

According to our sources, the actress will play a hot PT teacher in a college who happens to be very strict. She hates men as she had witness some bad experience in her past. It will be a couple of months track.

She confirmed and said, “Yes, I have already started shooting. I am playing a teacher in the show. My role is similar of Sushmita Sen’s in Main Hoon Na. Yam Hain Hum is very good show and I hope viewers enjoy my role.”

Deepshika’s entry sequence will air in the coming days.

'Gada' fight in SAB TV’s Yam Hain Hum

SAB TV’s fantastical comedy show Yam Hain Hum (Swastik Pictures) is gearing up to air a fight sequence.

Yes, after dose of laughter, the show will soon have a maha yudh between Baldev (Indresh Malik) and Yamraj (Manav Gohil).

Baldev, who doesn’t like Yamraj and contradicts with his philosophy, will challenge him to a gada fight.

Entire colony member will support Baldev, and Sridevi (Fenil Umrigar) will cheer up for Yamraj.

Of course, at the end, Yamraj being the God will win the battle.

Confirming the same, Indresh shared, “It was fun shooting for the gada sequence. I am sure viewers will enjoy watching.”

The episode will air sometime this week.

Fenil Umrigar to don a double role in SAB TV's Yam Hain Hum

SAB TV’s newly launched comedy show Yam Hain Hum (Swastik Productions) is appealing the masses with its interesting storyline and characters.

Apart from the prominent characters of Yamraj (Manav Gohil) and Chitragupt (Atul Parchure), Fenil Umrigar (Best Friends Forever) too will be seen in a surprising avatar in the show.  

Yes, the gorgeous lady will don a double role.

In the serial, she is already seen playing the character of Yamraj’s wife Dhumorna.

Now, donning a double role she will also perform as Sridevi. Sridevi, an earthling, will be bold and bindass and fall in love 
with Yamraj. At the same time, Yamraj will be shocked seeing Dhumorna’s look-alike on earth.
She shared, “It’s a surprise element for my fans. This is the first time that I would be playing a double role and both the characters have different shades.”

Her entry sequence will air tonight.


Raju Kher roped in for Sab TV's Yam Hain Hum

Veteran actor Raju Kher who has earlier been part of many television shows and films has been roped in for Swastik productions’ Yam Hain Hum on Sab TV.

As viewers know the comedy show is inspired from the mythical character of Yamraj and Chitragupt. The characters will be played by Manav Gohil and Atul Parchure respectively.

As reported by Tellychakkar.com Yamraj will abode earth and put up with a family headed by actor Indresh Malik. And now sources have informed that Raju Kher has been roped in to play his father.

When we spoke to Raju, he confirmed the development and said, “Yes, I have been approached for the role and will soon sign the dotted lines.”

The show is set to take viewers on a laughter ride from 15 December replacing Chandrakant Chiplunkar.

SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah

It seems Jethalal’s life will never be devoid of problems in SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.
The Neela Telefilms’ show is set to bring yet another exciting episode revolving around Jethalal (Dilip Joshi).
According to the plot, When Jethaalal Gada will be all set to leave for his work, as usual, he will sit down at his table to have breakfast cooked by his wife Dayaben (Disha Vakani).
Jetha would be very hungry and he would be looking forward to have a satisfying and delicious meal, but unfortunately what lands in his plate is tomato 'upma' (Semolina).
He would then lie to Daya and Bapuji that he never liked upma and gets acidity by upma just because he wouldn't want to eat it in the first place.

Later, Babitaji enters with a surprise for the Gada family and tells them he has bought home-cooked food for them. Excited, Jethaalal asks what food dish has she bought! ‘UPMA’ pat comes the reply.
Jethaalal reels in disappointment. As much as he wanted to taste the upma which was cooked by Babita, he cannot do so because he had earlier bluffed about having acidity due to upma.
Frustrated and hungry Jethaalal now leaves for work and that is when he would meet his best friend Taarak on the way. Jetha would request Mr Mehta to accompany him to a restaurant and have a ‘masaledar’ breakfast. Thinking of ‘pav bhaaji’ and ‘samosas’, he finds only ‘UPMA’ on the menu.
Jethaalal goes to his shop, even more hungry and frustrated. But his bad luck isn’t yet over as Bawri had chosen this particular day to bring breakfast for Bagha, Nattu Kaka and Jethaalal. And guess what Bawri will get? Yes, it’s UPMA!

The fun track of the locket drama will continue in SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Neela Telefilms).
The men of Gokuldham society have gone anxious after knowing the truth of the 'locket' which their wives forced them to wear.
Now, in the coming episodes, Ratnavali will begin with the process by analyzing on the gemstone. The colour of the gemstone will determine how much that person loves his wife.
Sodhi’s (Gurucharan Singh) locket would break, which would mean that he loves his wife too much and his love towards her is very energetic.

Iyer’s (Tanuj Mahashabde) stone will change its colour to red which would signify that his love towards his wife is extremely strong, no matter what the circumstances are.

Haathi’s (Azad Kavi) stone will alter its colour to light blue which would mean that his heart is like a sky and the love towards his wife is as big as the sky i.e. infinite.

Mehta’s (Sailesh Lodha) stone will change its colour to pinkish red meaning his love towards his wife is ever green and his style is very romantic.

Bhide’s (Mandar Chandwadkar) stone will change its colour to yellow meaning his love towards his wife is old fashioned and he loves her a lot but is unable to express it easily.

After a lot of drama, Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) will hand over his locket to Ratnavali.

However, the colour of Jethaalal’s stone will change into black which means that he doesn’t love his wife Daya (Disha Vakani).
