Seasoned actor Avinash Wadhavan will play the NRI dad of Ishaan,
while popular actress Kamya Punjabi has been roped in to play Ishaan's
mother. Actor Rajesh Balwani will essay Ishaan's uncle (mama).
Also coming in will be Producer Pearl Grey's find in Mann Ki Awaaz
Pratigya, Parvati Sehgal, who played the role of Komal in the show. In
Doli, she will play Ishaan's sister.
A reliable source states, "Avinash will be the strict, disciplined
NRI father, who would be positive in nature. Kamya, who recently essayed

out positive role. Rajesh Balwani will have a comic character to
portray, while Parvati will be a rich spoilt brat."
We hear that Parvati will go on to be Samrat's (Mohit Malik) new love interest as the track will proceed.
When contacted, Avinash Wadhavan who was last seen in Colors' Balika

entering Doli Armaanon Ki. However, I cannot get
into details at the moment as I am busy."
Kamya said, "Talks are presently on, but I have not signed anything
yet. Having said this, I am looking forward to playing this role."

Radha to fall into Urmi and Ishaan's trap; to testify against Samrat in Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki
The high-voltage custody drama of the kid Shaurya (Mitansh Gera) in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki
(Spellbound Productions) has kept the viewers glued to the show. Now,
the track will proceed towards the climax wherein Urmi (Neha Marda) will
identify the one person who would testify against Samrat (Mohit Malik)
in the court to get her Shaurya’s custody.
And the big moment for
Urmi will arrive when the innocent and naïve Radha (Shruti Kanwar) will
by herself fall into the trap. Radha who has worn the mangalsutra of
Samrat has been upset with Samrat getting tense about Urmi’s behaviour.
In order to reprimand Urmi, Radha will in tonight’s episode go to Urmi’s
house to confront her.
And
for a change, viewers will see a different side to Radha’s character
where she will don the avatar of an over-protective wife who would want
no harm on her husband.
As
per a source, Radha will barge into Urmi’s house and will ask her why
she is doing all this to a nice person like Samrat. Radha will fume with
anger, and tell Urmi to stay away from Samrat. All this will make Urmi
wonder why Radha is reacting like this, and she will provoke the naïve
girl even more, and this will be when in her moment of rage, Radha will
blurt out the fact that she wears Samrat’s mangalsutra. Urmi will be
immediately taken aback, and she will confront Radha.
With
this new development coming in their favour, Urmi will plan to trap
Radha with the help of Ishaan (Vibhav Roy). Ishaan will go and meet
Radha separately wherein he will fool Radha with his words and will
somehow convince the girl to reveal in court about Samrat being her
husband. The best part will be that Radha who is too foolish to
understand what is happening around her, will agree to do as Ishaan has
told her.
Will Radha open up against Samrat in the court?
When
contacted, Shruti Kanwar said, “Well, Radha is so dumb and naïve that
she really does not understand what is happening with her. However, for a
change she will not be a bouncing ball, and will confront Urmi in
tonight’s episode.”

Vikram 'Cinestars Ki Khoj' Chatterjee chucked out of Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki
Vikram
Chatterjee, the finalist of the recently concluded talent hunt show,
Zee Cinestars Ki Khoj was upbeat and happy when he bagged the pivotal
role of Yash Singhania, the London returned lawyer in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki
(Spellbound Productions). As per the broad story, his character was
supposed to develop a soft corner for the protagonist Urmi, essayed by
Neha Marda.
However, all the planning and story ahead has been now shelved, as the young lad’s track apparently did not find takers.
As per a source from the set, “Vikram’s track did not seem to work;
the channel and production house immediately re-tracked and decided to
plot a new storyline revolving around the main protagonists Samrat
(Mohit Malik) and Urmi, rather than extending the new guy’s track. The
result to this development is that Vikram’s track has been abruptly
ended, after the man gave just 10 days to the show.”
For the uninitiated, even before Zee Cinestars Ki Khoj
happened, Vikram has been a known name in the Bengali circuit, after
playing the lead role in the widely-watched Zee Bangla show, Saat Pakhe Bandha. And when Cinestars happened to him, he had found himself very lucky and guarded under the association of Zee TV. And his introduction in Doli Armaanon Ki was simply the icing on the cake.
However, his stint on the show has now ended.
When contacted, Vikram said, “I have not been told anything of this
sort. I will have to talk to the production and channel to know about
it. I am clueless of what you are saying.”
The Producer Pearl Grey, refused to comment when we tried to speak to her on this topic.
The channel spokesperson too did not have any clue on the upcoming track.
Samrat celebrates Shaurya's fake birthday at school; Urmi decides to abort her kid in Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki
Samrat (Mohit Malik), the protagonist of Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki
(Spellbound Productions) is presently going all out to please his son
Shaurya (Mitansh Gera), so that he chooses to stay with his father and
goes against his mother Urmi (Neha Marda).
Well, the efforts of Samrat in getting to his motive will continue
this week too. And in an interesting sequence, he will be seen wooing
Shaurya’s teacher at school by gifting her flowers.
A source says, “The man will also go on to fake Shaurya’s birthday.
He will go to the extent of bringing a cake to school in order to please
his son. Samrat will be seen telling the teachers that it is his son’s
birthday, and that they should allow him to celebrate it along with the
kid’s friends. All this will indeed please the little boy.”
Meanwhile, Urmi who is pregnant with her second child will be in a dilemma to abort the kid or not.
The coming episodes will see her reaching a hospital in order to
abort the kid growing in her womb.
However, the mother in her will try
to dissuade her from doing so.
Will Samrat convince Shaurya to go against his mother? Will Urmi abort her kid?
When contacted, Mohit Malik said, “Well, Samrat has been trying to
woo his son for a while now. He has been doing anything and everything
for him. Let us see how it goes ahead this week.”
Get ready to witness all this in Doli Armaanon Ki.
Samrat to now brainwash his son against Urmi in Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki
Samrat (Mohit Malik), the male lead of Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki (Spellbound Productions) is a clever manipulator and will do anything and everything to get his wife Urmi (Neha Marda) home.
After failing in all his villainous ways to get her back, he will now
employ the sweet and caring way to find results!! But his sweetness
will be towards his son Shaurya (Mitansh Gera) this time around.
As per reliable sources, Samrat will now try to brainwash Shaurya by
sweet-talking with him. He will get Shaurya home, make him happy by
buying him all that he wants. He will tell Shaurya that he is the one
who can keep him happy with all the luxuries, and that he would need to
prompt his mother to get back home.
The agenda of Samrat will be to brainwash Shaurya to such an extent
that he would go and tell Urmi that he would want to stay only with his
father. According to Samrat, Urmi’s biggest strength lies in her kid,
and when Shaurya will want to stay with his dad, Urmi will be left with
no choice but to get back to Samrat.
In the coming episodes, Samrat will be seen taking Shaurya from the
school and spending quality time talking to him at his home. He will
later drop Shaurya back to his house and will be seen meeting up with
his son quite often, which will leave Urmi baffled.
Will Samrat be successful in getting Shaurya on his side?
When contacted, Mohit Malik told us, “Yes, Samrat has started to use
his son now to get Urmi home.
It’s an interesting track ahead.”

Amrit plays Holi with Trisha in 'filmy style' in Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki
Remember
the stunning and action-packed Holi sequence of SRK in the popular
movie Darr? Well, the same will be recreated with actor Aadesh Chaudhary
in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki, produced by Spellbound Productions.
The cute love story of Trisha (Snigdha Shrivastava) and Amrit,
essayed by Aadesh is picking up pace, and viewers will see them
celebrating Holi together now!!
A source tells us that the scene will be set at Urmi’s (Neha Marda)
maayka wherein all will be happy, celebrating the moment playing with
colors. A fun Antakshari will be going on, with many popular Holi
numbers being sung when Amrit will make a grand entry.
He will come along with a troupe of men playing the Dhol, with his
face covered with lot of colors. Initially,
Trisha will not be able to
identify him. But after a lot of song and dance, Amrit will come near
Trisha and ask for water. As she will give him water, he will wash his
face with it, thus revealing his identity to her. Trisha will be
shell-shocked to see him at her place. And even before she would react,
Amrit will smear Holi on her face and tell her that this is their first
Holi together.
We hear that a typical romantic track between Amrit and Trisha will kick-start soon.
When contacted, Snigdha Shrivastava said, “Yes, it was fun shooting
the Holi sequences. Amrit will shock Trisha by coming to her place to
play Holi. Though Trisha has not fallen for Armit yet, she is very
subtle when it comes to Amrit. She usually does not react in the fierce
manner in which she would when it comes to Amrit.”
Aadesh too confirmed this bit of news saying, “The track is slowly building up towards a love story between Trisha and Amrit.”
This particular sequence was shot day before yesterday.
Doli Armaanon Ki is surely a jackpot opportunity for me: Neha Marda
Returning to TV and playing a central character after two years, the beautiful Neha Marda looked exuberant at the launch of her show Doli Armaanon Ki on Zee TV.
Produced by Pearl Grey’s Spellbound Production, the show will have
the actress playing Urmi a young girl based in Jhansi who has million
dreams related to her wedding.
Talking to Tellychakkar.com, the girl chirps, “This is the best
comeback I could have made with the character being very similar to me
and especially the situations. Having got married recently, I can
completely relate to Urmi who has been dreaming about her fairytale
marriage all her life and her expectations from the same.”
“My parents had given me full freedom to study, be in a profession I
wanted to be in but they always desired that they find a match for me.
And I did fulfill their wish by opting for an arranged marriage.
Similarly, Urmi too is happy and satisfied with her arranged alliance
but then how her life changes after having got a husband contrary to her
thinking and how she stands up for her rights and happiness is for the
viewers to see,” shares Neha.
On asking what kept her away from the screen for so long, she
smilingly answers, “I was happily enjoying my break but then my husband
and mom-in-law suggested me that I should start working lest I start
feeling depressed in some years that I missed on a lot of opportunities
that came my way.”
“I did have a couple of offers and also did some cameos in between,
but I was sure that I wanted to be in only the leading GECs and that too
in a very good role. This show is my jackpot with everything falling so
perfectly. I am really thankful to Pearl to have me as Urmi on Doli Armaanon Ki,” observes Neha.
Speaking about the institution of marriage, the girl who rose to fame with her act in Balika Vadhu
as Gehna avers, “I still believe in the old philosophy of a girl
leaving her house in a doli and her in-laws house in her arthi. I think
things change for the better after marriage with a partner coming in
your life. Every girl has loads of dreams about her marriage and I am
thankful that I am living them all in my life.”
“I was always clear that I want a family who will love and understand
me as much as my parents have and I was lucky to have got them.
Ayushman (Neha’s husband) is a business man based in Patna, and I
enjoyed my two years as a wife and bahu there completely. My mother-in
law is very supporting and almost a friend to me and all I can say is
that if not for them, my career would have just come to an end after
marriage. But it was them who told me to do what I do best and love the
most,” she happily maintains.
Neha also blushes while talking about her life post marriage. “It has
become all the more luxurious. I am still allowed to be a brat and
given the liberty to shop without hold. Also, I never thought that I
would get the chance of holidaying every two months on foreign locales.
So it is definitely a great change (laughs),” she says with twinkle in
her eyes.
