Bhagyalakshmi spoiler: Bhoomi back in Prajapati house

It's good news for all Bhagyalakshmi (Rashmi Sharma Productions) viewers. And this time around, fans of the couple Ansh (Varun Sharma) and Bhoomi (Simran Pareenja) will rejoice on reading this piece of information.

Yes, your favourite Bhoomi is all set to comeback in the Prajapati family.

As viewers would know the family is gearing up for Karwa Chauth. Meanwhile, Bhoomi will tell Divya (Anupriya Kapoor) to observe the fast for Ansh. And the two will be seen fasting for Ansh.

As per a reliable source, “Bhabhi Maa (Aruna Irani) will gift Divya a saree which she would want her to wear for the festivity. However, Yuvraj (Chetan Hansraj) will destroy the same and force her to wear another saree. Ansh will witness the same, and bring another saree for Divya.”

Meanwhile, Bhoomi will enter the house and Divya will help her complete the fast.

Will the family know about Bhoomi’s presence in the house?

We called Simran, but she remained unavailable for comment.

&TV’s Bhagyalakshmi (Rashmi Sharma Productions) has topped the charts, and has been announced as the oo1 show on the channel. The young and fresh love story of Anshuman (Varun Sharma) and Bhoomi (Simran Pareenja) has become the favourite of the masses.

On the show, the couple has just got married and Bhoomi is trying to make her hubby happy. However, all this happiness will be short-lived as Suman (Aashita Dhawan) will create problems for Bhoomi and would be determined to separate the two love birds.

Our source revealed, “Unhappy about their union, Suman will be seen trying to break their relation. Suman will be adamant that because of Bhoomi her daughter Surbhi (Barkha Singh) has not getting the family’s attention. And hence she will trick Bhoomi.”

In the coming episode, Bhabhi Maa (Aruna Irani) will tell Suman to inform everybody that it is chandra grahan so no one should go out of the house. Suman would, however, manipulate Bhoomi into going out of the house.

Surbhi would invite Bhoomi to Ujjain and tell Bhabhi Maa about the same, who would get angry with Bhoomi.

This would be a rather interesting scene to watch, eh? What's going to happen to the newlyweds?

We tried reaching Simran Pareenja for a comment, but she remained unavailable.


Barkha Singh bags a TV show

The very lovely Barkha Singh, who has done episodes for shows like Fanaah, Yeh Hai Aashiqui and Love By Chance, will soon be seen in a daily show.

The project by Rashmi Sharma Productions, which was earlier titled Bhoomi, has now beeb christened Bhagyalakshmi. The show is all slated to launch from 2 March on & TV.

Barkha will play Surbhi, the youngest child of the Prajapati family headed by Bhabhi Maa (Aroona Irani). She would be a pampered child and a complete style diva.

Shares a source, “Barkha’s character will be paired opposite Abhishek Malik’s character and the two will have a fun beautiful relationship.”

The cast of the show is currently shooting in Indore for the opening sequence of the show.
Barkha confirmed bagging the serial.

Bhagyalakshmi will also star Varun Sharma, Shweta Gautam, Ashita Gulbani, Ali Raza Namdar, Rita Bhaduri and Anil Dhawan.

Yashashri Masurkar to feature in Sony TV's Bhanwar

The lovely actress Yashashri Masurkar who has wowed audience with her shows like Odhani, Sanskaar, Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se will now portray the fight of a common girl in Sony Entertainment Television’s Bhanwar.

The episode to be produced by Contiloe Pictures will see Yashashri playing a designer from a small town who will want to make it big in Bollywood. And in the process of fulfilling her dreams, the girl would get entangled in the cyclone of corruption and politics.

Shares a source, “The girl although will see her career and life losing from her grip, but in the right moment, her inner strength will give her the confidence to fight against all.”

The girl will then go on to expose the dirty politics in the industry and successfully emerge out of the filth.

When we buzzed Yashashri she confirmed her presence.

The episode will air soon.

Star Plus's Tu Mera Hero

Star Plus' Tu Mera Hero to be shot in New Jersey

An upcoming track of Indian television show Tu Mera Hero (Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd) is all set to be shot in New Jersey.

The track will be focusing on Panchi (Sonia Balani) trying to bring about a change in the life of her husband Titu (Priyanshu Jora).

Panchi joins forces with Govind Narayan (Akhilendra Mishra) to reform Titu and make him give up on his lazy attitude.

“Titu will get a job offer in New Jersey and the track will shift to the international location. The makers of the show are leaving no stone unturned and are scouting for exotic locales in the city where a major portion of the scenes will be shot,” said a source.

The production team is said to be on a venue recce for the last two weeks to zero down on a location for the shoot.

“The upcoming track is a very crucial one and will take the storyline forward. The team is looking for a Krishna temple in New Jersey where a major chunk of the scenes will be shot. The final venue should be locked in by the team in the next couple of days.”

Titu and Panchi to get married in Tu Mera Hero

The world has heard about runaway brides but for the first time viewers will see a runaway groom in Star Plus’ popular show Tu Mera Hero (Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd).

As reported by Tellychakkar.com, Titu (Priyanshu Jora) would run away from his marriage in a palanquin. His absence will create quite a drama with the family realizing his displeasure in the marriage.

Panchi (Sonia Balani), who had forcibly asked her parents to agree for this match, would also be left heartbroken by this turn of events.

But apna Titu, although being naughty is truly a gem of a person. Thus, soon viewers will see him treading back to the mandap and agreeing to get married.

Shares a source, “While on the run, Titu will reminisce about his father and Panchi and realise how much he would hurt them by running away.”

Thus Titu will make a comeback and take the holy vows with Panchi. The family would be enjoying the moment, but only Titu will be in a sad state.

Will Titu and Panchi manage to have a successful marriage?

Star Plus’ celeb dance reality show by BBC will see a shocking exit.
Siddharth Jadhav and Trupti will be seen facing the blow of elimination in the weekend episode.

The comedy star, who is a household name through his work in Marathi cinema, showcased an energised act last week on Pinga. The judges had loved the performance but sadly, the audience votes fell short, and the couple was evicted from the show.

Shockingly, Aashka Goradia-Brent Goble were also in the bottom with Siddharth-Trupti.

Shared a source, “Everyone was left teary-eyed with this shocking elimination. Siddharth, being his usual self tried to bring a smile on everyone’s face with his jokes though.”

With two couples already out, the competition is going get tough in the coming days.

The show has started churning out many gossips. Be it Rashami Desai breaking show rules, Shakti Arora quitting the show midway or Chetan Bhagat allegedly calling UpMa a fake couple, Nach Baliye 7 is full of controversies.

Now, the latest info is about Sangram Singh and his favourite health food chyawanprash. We all know how he maintains himself with the help of this ayurvedic medicine and how much he loves it. Sangram and his chyawanprash’s friendship goes hand in hand for a long time (remember Bigg Boss days) and his love for the ayurvedic dose is perhaps more than his affection for better half Payal (Rohatgi), we guess (wink wink).

But we hear that not only Sangarm, but other contestants too have developed a liking for chyawanprash.

A source shared, “Sangram is very much fond of the ayurvedic medicine and consumes it regularly to keep himself healthy and hearty. But of late all others too visit his room and eat some from his share. The ones who love chyawanprash the most are Sana (Saeed) and Dipesh (Sharma). Upen and
Karishma too enjoy it whenever they can.”

Let’s see who finally gains strength from eating chyawanprash and goes on to win the contest.

Nach Baliye 7: Kishwer-Suyyash, Rajat- Srishti, Himmanshoo-Amruta approached

Nach Baliye season 7 (Star Plus) will be from the stables of Balaji Telefilms. The format has changed and this time the participating jodis would not only dance on stage but also get locked up for over two months under camera surveillance a la Bigg Boss.

Now, the hunt for the probable jodis are on and media has already reported about Vivian Dsena-Vahbiz Dorabjee, Jay Soni-Pooja Shah, Mrunal Jain-Sweety Jain and Mohit Sehgal-Sanaya Irani being approached.

We have further learned that Kishwer Merchantt-Suyyash Kumar, Rajat Tokas-Srishti Nayyar,

Himanshoo Malhotra-Amruta Khanvilkar have also been approached for the show.

“Talks are on currently and soon a final decision will be taken,” said a source.

We texted Kishwer and Suyyash but did not receive any response till the time of filing the story.

Himanshoo and Rajat remained out of reach.

Farhan Patel to enter Star Plus' Tere Sheher Mein

Star Plus’ Tere Sheher Mein, produced by Director’s Kut is on its way out… However, the drama quotient will get bigger in the coming days and viewers will see major twists in the climax phase of the story line.
Actor Farhan Patel will soon join the cast of the show, in a rather interesting avatar.

As we know, Tilak (Kinshuk Mahajan) is up to something big and has been trying to get closer to Amaya (Hiba Nawab). Farhan will enter as Tilak’s partner in crime, by name Rahul. He will plot all game plans along with Tilak in the future episodes to come.

As per a reliable source, “Rahul will try to build a soft spot in the heart of Rachita (Anjum Fakih) as the track will progress.”

When contacted, Farhan confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I have started shoot for the show. I am really thankful to Director’s Kut for having trusted me to play this character.”

Farhan’s introductory sequence will be aired tonight (30 October).

Just in: Tere Sheher Mein to go off air

All good things come to an end!

And following the same path, Star Plus’ youth drama Tere Sheher Mein (Director’s Kut Productions) will soon wrap up.

Yes, sources inform that the show is all set to air its last episode on 14 November.

Shared a source, “Although the serial was launched with much fan fare and expectation, it could not do well in terms of numbers. The channel after much discussion with the production house decided to pull the plug off TSM.”

Tere Sheher Mein that launched with young faces Hiba Nawab, Dhruv Bhandari, Rafi Malik, Anjum Fakih although is popular on social world, it could not garner substantial TRPs.
With the lead, Dhruv quitting, the series hit a major downfall. Although Kinshuk Mahajan was called in to salvage the situation, things did not work accordingly.

The team has been informed about the same, and the shooting will wrap up in a couple of weeks.

The replacement for the same hasn’t yet been finalised.

We dropped a text to producer Rajan Shahi, but did not receive any revert till the time of filing the story.

Beena Banerjee to enter Star Plus' Tere Sheher Mein

The yesteryear superstar Beena Banerjee, who was seen in a powerful character of Bundela devi in
Uttaran, will be back on TV. This time she will be seen in a positive character in Star Plus’ Tere Sheher Mein (Director’s Kut).

Beena will play Sneha’s (Gautami Kapoor) mother who will stand by her side during difficult times.
She will give her strength and confidence to fight for her rights.

When we spoke to Beena, she confirmed the development and stated, “This is a very positive and strong character and I am looking forward to it. I did shoot for some time with the team and will now be back on the sets soon.”

Her entry will air soon.

Shaan croons for Star Plus' Tere Sheher Mein

Bollywood's popular playback singer Shaan has lent his voice for the title track of an upcoming TV serial "Tere Sheher Mein". He has previously lent his voice for "Shakuntala".

The "Behti hawa sa tha woh" hitmaker has teamed up with "Aashiqui 2" fame singer Palak Muchhal for the track of the Star Plus show, which is likely to go on air in March. Shaan has composed the track as well.

The singer, who shared screen space with Mika Singh in film "Balwinder Singh... Famous Ho Gaya" last year, took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share a glimpse of the making of the title track.

"Had super fun recording the OST for an upcoming show on @StarPlus. Here's an exclusive making for you guys :)," he wrote.

However, this is not Shaan's first outing to the small screen.

The singer, who has proven his musical expertise time and again, has hosted a bevy of musical shows like "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa".

Meanwhile, "Tere Sheher Mein", which is produced by Rajan Shahi's Director’s Kut productions, is a journey of a girl named Amaya, who transforms into a strong and independent girl from being a pampered child after a drastic change in her life.

Shot extensively in Paris and Benaras, the show also features actress Gautami Kapoor, who will be seen playing Amaya's mother.

Udit Narayan pays Aditya a surprise visit on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs

This weekend on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs, emotions flow in abundance as all the contestants, Captains Shaan and Monali and even the host Aditya Narayan get a special surprise from their loved ones. The young Li’l Champs have been living away from home for nearly two months now , gearing up for the tough competition and giving their best week on week. So it was time to surprise them by bringing down their parents, siblings and even teachers.

While host Aditya Narayan was busy welcoming each contestant’s relative or parents who were specially flown down for this episode, never did he imagine that the makers of Zee Sa Re Ga Ma Pa had also planned a surprise for him! During the course of the show, the Li’l Champs were asked to share one thing which they would like to thank and apologise to their parents for. When the young and charming host Aditya Narayan was asked the same question, he replied that he would like to thank his dad for his genes and singing ability and before he could continue, a very familiar voice singing the popular 90’s number ‘Tu mera dil tu meri jaan’ took over for backstage. Well it hardly took Aditya and people sitting in the audience a couple of seconds to realise that it was the legendry singer and host Aditya’s father, Udit Narayan singing his son’s debut song and their first duet. Aditya, who was visibly pleasantly surprised, replied singing his portion of the track ‘oh I love you daddy’!  An overwhelmed Aditya expressed his delight and disbelief on seeing his dad on the sets of his show and even thanked the channel for bringing in this sweet surprise for him.

The senior Narayan also had a great time catching up with old friend Mahaguru Alka Yagnik and affectionately  teased her. The duo has given Bollywood some of the most memorable chartbusters of the 90’s together and took this opportunity to walk down memory lane and talk about their good old recording days. The two even sang ‘Mere mehboob mere sanam’ from the film Duplicate on the demand of the audience. However, the father and son duo were only allowed to leave the stage after they gave an encore of their superhit debut duet. Udit Narayan immediately obliged and even rendered his own version to son Aditya Narayan’s latest hit ‘Tattad tattad’ . It was truly a delight to see the two powerhouse performers perform together on stage!

When two of Captain Monali’s friends paid her a  surprise visit on the sets as a part of the same episode, they spill the beans on her passions other than music. The audience, Mahaguru and Li’l Champs  were surprised to know that this petite beauty is actually a squash, pool and badminton champion and has given many of her male friends stiff competition. Her friends, who met her years back at a dance class also divulged that she is a phenomenal salsa dancer and can also do some dangerous head stunts. Well, seems like Monali is surely a ‘chota packet bada dhamaka’!

Channel V's Friends to take a seasonal break; make way for game show Distraction

Kabir Sadanand’s youth-based show Friends – Conditions Apply on Channel V will soon take a seasonal break, only to come back in a revamped avatar!!

Yes, you heard it right! The show which narrates the tale of Shakti, essayed by Shivani Tomar who sets herself on a journey to free her father from the clutches of law, will take a break on 6 February.
However, the biggest highpoint in the season finale episodes will be that Shakti will face a huge hurdle in the form of a revelation that will spoil all chances of her setting her father free.

A reliable source tells us, “The season will end on a cliff hanger, with one of the hostages being killed. And in the new season, the channel and maker have decided to bring some interesting back stories to the viewers as to what happened after Shakti faced this situation. The show will also have some added flavour in its return phase.”

We hear that the channel decided to take a seasonal break and return with a revamped story owing to the cricket fever due to set in with the World Cup 2015 being round the corner. Hence, Friends – Conditions Apply will return sometime in April, is what we get to hear as of now.

When contacted, Producer Kabir Sadanand confirmed the seasonal break development.

Friends will make way for the Rithvik Dhanjani hosted game show, Distraction which will have contestants answering fun-filled questions while being distracted in a big way. Distraction will launch on 9 February and will air from Monday to Friday. This international format has acquired immense popularity abroad.

Garima Jain in Star Plus' Manmarziyaan

Pretty looking Garima Jain who has been part of shows like Mahabharat and Main Naa Bhoolungi will be soon back on TV with a very interesting character in Star Plus’ Manmarziyaan.

The show produced by Swastik Productions has been kept under wraps and is being shot extensively in the picturesque Rishikesh. Tellychakkar.com had informed viewers about Aham Sharma of Mahabharat fame playing the lead in the show. Kashmira Irani will be seen playing the female lead as reported by the media.

Garima has been signed in to play Kashmira’s sister Manya, in the show. Though the girl would be positive and loved by all, she would have negative shades in her too. The layered character will see bring a lot of exciting twists and turns in the show.

Shares a source, “Garima is the latest actor to come on board. The girl will start shooting from next month.”

The show is slated to launch sometime in March.

The physique
Let’s admit it, Aarya makes a great Raavan, thanks to his chiselled physique. With his ripping muscles and washboard abs, the Babbar boy sure knows how to draw all the eyes toward him. Even though we haven’t seen Raavan in real life, we know that he would have looked as striking as Aarya.


Powerful dialogue delivery
When it’s a mythological show, you can definitely expect heavy-duty dialogues because that’s what the epic tales tell us. Aarya definitely bangs in out of the park in the dialogue department. Wonder why he was not able to spread his magic in Bollywood!


The intense look
Raavan was an intense person, who was intelligent, well-read and knowledgeable. To be able to play him onscreen, Aarya had to soak in the flavour of Lankeshwar with ease. Aarya sure does that with his intense looks and piercing eyes. If there was ever a Raavan anybody fell in love with, it’s this one!

Screen presence
We have always known Raavan as a majestic character and Aarya’s portrayal does complete justice to that. His captivating screen presence makes the show worth a watch.

Sony TV's Hanumaan to have online premiere before TV telecast

Sony Entertainment Television's forthcoming mythological series "Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan" will have its online premiere on mobile application Sony LIV before the first episode is aired on TV.

The online premiere will take place on May 4 at 12 p.m. before its on-air telecast at 8 p.m.
The show will present the tale of lord Hanuman from the perspective of lord Krishna. Born to Kesari and Anjana, Hanuman is considered to be the epitome of a devotee.

The show will take viewers on a journey of his beautiful and eventful life right from his childhood from being a devotee of lord Ram to being the vanquisher of all evil. It will also bring out his qualities and derive morals from his life which are relevant in everyday life. It will be enhanced by advanced visual effects.

Sony LIV is aimed at providing entertainment on the go for young India and this new step further reinstates this brand promise.

"Our marketing innovations and promos have already created a lot of buzz for the show. Besides the web premiere, the show has also seen some unique digital innovations like live streaming of the grand press conference held at Kingdom of Dreams and an auction of Mahabali Hanumaan's Gada,"
Gaurav Seth, senior vice president (Marketing) at Sony Entertainment Television, said in a statement.

Mahabharat's 'Dushasana' to turn Hanuman for Sony TV show

Tellychakkar.com had exclusively informed viewers about Contiloe Pictures launching their first mythology show Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan on Sony Entertainment Television
.
Now a national daily has reported that Nirbhay Wadhwa who played the evil Dushasana in Star Plus’ Mahabharat has been roped in to play the lead character of Hanuman in the show.

Interestingly Nirbhay had recently been part of Contiloe’s Maharana Pratap as Hakim Khan Suri. Seems like the beefy guy managed to impress his producers with his acting skills to be given the
responsibility to carry this show on his shoulder.

Nirbhay has been quoted saying that he is a Hanuman bhakt and really excited about this show.

Swaragini is set to get some new legs!!!

As per our sources, talented lad Pratap Hada (popularly as Samar from Star Plus' Saath Nibhana Saathiya) has been signed for the show.

He will enact the role of Nikhil, Swara’s (Helly Shah) childhood friend. He will visit India to help Swara and Ragini (Tejasswi Prakash) during Uttara’s (Khyati Mangla) wedding ceremony.
Though Nikhil will be a happy-go-lucky guy, his first impression in the Maheshwari family won’t be a warm one at all. His entry will lead to a lot of drama.

Pratap, who is now going to juggle between Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Swaragini, confirmed the news with us saying, "I am enjoying my work. The shows belong to the same production house (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms), so everything is getting managed by the production house to make a good balance for me.”

Srman Jain to enter Star Plus' Mere Angne Mein

Star Plus’ Mere Angne Mein (Sphereorigins) is all set to see some major twists and turns.

Earlier in the day, media reported about Ekta Kaul probably getting replaced from the daily. Her unprofessionalism has caused the makers to look for her substitution. 

But before any changes happen, it is time to welcome new blood in the series.

Popular and charming actor Srman Jain, who has enthralled all with his performance in Saas Bina Sasural, Chhanchhan and Adaalat is all set to enter Mere Angne Mein.

Shared a source, “Srman will be seen essaying the role of a DJ. His character although a cameo will be a very interesting one. His entry would add a lot of drama in the tale.”

Mere Angne Mein portrays the tale of an UP based family which is ruled by a woman. How the younger generation challenges her power and makes her change her thought process is for viewers to see.

Unfortunately we could not reach Srman for a comment.

Mere Angne Mein and Yeh Rishta support Breast Cancer Awareness drive

The lead cast of Mere Angne Mein, Krutika Desai, Ekta Kaul and Karam Rajpal recently showed their support on Breast Cancer Awareness drive by wearing the pink ribbon.

The month on October which is celebrated as the Breast Cancer Awareness month saw a lot of celebrities showing their efforts in raising an alarm on Breast Cancer.

Krutika Desai and Ekta Kaul shared same views, "We think that it is very important for a woman of today's generation who strives it to be at pace with everyone to have a healthy lifestyle. Breast Cancer if detected at early stage can be cured and women should not avoid this clinical examination at any cost. There is nothing above health and it is our appeal to all men to take their loved ones for a checkup for Breast Cancer".

The lead pair of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Karan and Hina Khan, who play Naitik and Akshara in the show also shared their views.

"People have connected with our show and through our characters we have appealed to all men to take their special women of their lives for a clinical check up. In the show Naitik tells Akshara that she takes care of the entire family and now it's his turn to take care of her. We earnestly request all men to take a lead this time and not to avoid the examination as early as the detention the sooner the cure".

'Kitchen politics' to hit Radha in Life OK's Mere Rang Mein Rangnewali

The loyal viewers of the Life OK show, Mere Rang Mein Rangnewali (Rajshri Productions) are nowadays witnessing Radha’s (Pranali Ghogare) struggle to win over everyone’s heart in LD’s (Samridh Bawa) family. Now, there will be more drama wherein Radha’s culinary skills will be tested to the core. 

Our source revealed to us, “Dadaji (Alok Nath) will ask Radha to prepare the meal for the family, which will be a difficult task for Radha. On the other hand LD will want Radha to pass the test with flying colours, hence he will order food from a hotel and will exchange that with the food cooked by Radha.”

But Jayshree (Karuna Pandey) will find out the food packets and will blame Radha for not completing her test fairly. Watching his love being blamed, LD will confess his mistake and will save Radha, added the source.

And to add to Radha’s problems, Jayshree will exchange the labels of the ingredients, which will confuse Radha and she will end up mixing peanuts in Dadaji’s food. After having the food, Dadaji will fall ill as he will develop food allergies from peanuts. This will create some serious situations in the Chaturvedi household, is what we hear. 

How will Radha handle this situation? Will she get LD’s support here?

'Game of Thrones' season 5 trailer launched

Revenge will be a key theme in the next instalment of "Game of Thrones", the newly launched trailer of the show's fifth season has revealed.

The trailer debuted during the IMAX screening of the show and was released online Friday. It sees some of the many characters of the show, including Lord Petyr Baelish, Sansa Stark, Lord Varys, Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow and Arya Stark, reports aceshowbiz.com

"There's no justice in this world. Not unless we make it," Lord Petyr Baelish tells Sansa Stark in the trailer, urging her to avenge the deaths in her family.

"The Seven Kingdoms need a ruler that is loved by millions, with a powerful army and the right family name," says Lord Varys.

Elsewhere, Daenerys Targaryen is as fierce as always. There is also a glimpse of Jon Snow in an epic fight, while Arya Stark can be seen standing in front of The House of Black and White.

The fifth season premieres April 12 on HBO. Before that, the network will air a special called "Game of Thrones: A Day in the Life" Feb 8. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at the production of the season in three different countries: Northern Ireland, Croatia and Spain.
