On 26 September 2018, Dutta gave an interview to Zoom TV in which she accused Nana Patekar of ***ually harassing her on the sets of the 2009 film Horn 'Ok' Pleassss.^[ This was a catalyst for the "Me Too" movement in India. Dutta had first made the allegations against Patekar in 2008, filing a complaint with the Cine & TV Artists Association (CINTAA) but no action was taken as the case was considered a criminal case. The allegation was repeated in 2013 in an interview, and again largely ignored. It was not until her September 2018 statements that the CINTAA apologized to Dutta, admitting that the "chief grievance of ***ual harassment wasn't even addressed [in 2008]" but added that since the case was more than three years old, they could not reopen it.

Janice Sequeira, a journalist, backed her allegations, claiming to be an eyewitness of the incident. She also alleged that filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri had told her to remove her clothes and dance with Irrfan Khan to act on the sets of Chocolate (2005). She said Khan and Sunil Shetty stood up for her during this episode. Agnihotri refuted all allegations and shared that it is an attempt to get publicity by Dutta and to malign his image in a legal notice sent to her.^[20] The assistant director of Chocolate, Sattyajit Gazmer, also dismissed Dutta's claims.



In another interview, Dutta said, "He [Patekar] called the MNS party to bash up my car. He was behind everything and was supported by choreographer Ganesh Acharya."In a video from 2008 that went viral on the internet, it was seen the journalists and not the MNS were seen thrashing Dutta's car. A journalist named Pawan Bharadwaj was seen thrashing the car's windshield with his camera, who later clarified that he attacked her car because he had a fight with Dutta's team prior to the incident.

Mahrashtra Navnirman Sena filed a defamation case against Dutta.She was also served with two legal notices from Patekar and Agnihotri. Subsequently, on 6 October, Dutta filed an FIR at Oshiwara police station against Patekar; director of Horn 'Ok' Pleassss, Rakesh Sarang; choreographer Acharya and producer Sami Siddiqui.

On 13 October 2018, Dutta's advocate Nitin Satpute submitted an application at the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai saying that actor Nana Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddiqui and director Rakesh Sarang be made to undergo narco-analysis, brain mapping and lie detector tests.

In June 2019, Patekar was cleared of the ***ual harassment charges by the police. The B-Summary report filed by the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai said that the complaint filed by Tanushree could be "malicious" and "out of revenge".

Mohabbat Singh Cheema (36) from Punjab is a Farmer and Food Truck Owner who surprised the judges by presenting his dish 'Paneer Makhani Pizza' in a pizza box. Mohabbat revealed that judge Ranveer Brar was his inspiration and began his food truck after viewing the latter's recipes and calls him his 'Guru'. Before presenting his dish, Mohabbat thanked Ranveer for being a source of inspiration for him and assisting him in his career as a chef.

Mohabbat made clear that every dish made on his food truck is provided with fresh vegetables grown on his own farm and adheres to the 'farm to table' concept. He explained how this concept benefited him financially and how his customers relished his dishes prepared with fresh vegetables. Ranveer Brar hugged Mohabbat after hearing his unique concept, and all three judges applauded his idea. The judges praised his pizza, which was made with fresh ingredients. The judges discussed his capabilities in a separate room and finally decided to select him for his unique food property. The 90’s iconic song got a remake with Neha Kakkar and it features Dhanashree and Priyank Sharma and the singer received backlash over the rendition.
  Amid all this, Neha Kakkar and Falguni Pathak shot an episode and shared the Indian Idol 13 stage marking the beginning of Navratri festival. In a video shared by the channel, Neha welcomes Falguni to kickstart garba night in the singing reality show.

  Sa Re Ga Ma Pa fame Pritam Roy participates in ‘Indian Idol 13’, Remember Pritam Roy, who left the judges mesmerised with his melodious voice in popular reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ and went on to win the spot of the second runner-up? Well, Pritam is ready to make his fans proud yet again. He has participated in the recently launched Hindi music reality series ‘Indian Idol 13’. Judges Vishal Dadlani, Neha Kakkar and Himesh Reshammiya were impressed by his performance in the initial audition round and gave a green signal to him. Pritam is currently in Mumbai prepping up for the next round. Pritam had participated in the season of Bengali music reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’, which crowned Ankita Bhattacharyya as the winner, Singdhajit Bhowmik and Gourab Sarkar won the second position jointly while Nobel and Pritam shared the third spot together. Pritam has been a consistent performer throughout his journey in ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ and was one of the strongest contestants of that season. Recently, he participated in Raj Chakraborty directed ‘Sangeet Er Mahajuddho’, yet another reality show which featured some of the very popular singers who were already featured in different singing reality shows.   Former contestant of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Anushka Patra participates in Indian Idol 13, Young singer Anushka Patra, who earlier stole the hearts of Bengali audience with her melodious voice in ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’, is ready to participate in yet another reality show. The young girl from West Bengal has cleared the initial rounds of audition in Indian Idol 13 by impressing the judges. She was a part of Abir Chatterjee-hosted popular music reality series ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ in 2020. She took part in the season which crowned Arkadeep Mishra as the winner, while contestants Niharika Nath bagged the trophy of first runner-up and Bidipta Chakraborty became the second runner-up. In that season, Anushka received 'Kalika Prasad Bhattacharya Smriti Purashkar' and Viewers' Choice Award based on Facebook response. Anushka was one of the consistent performers of that season who left the judges mesmerised with her songs. She performed versatile songs and was considered as a strong contender of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’s title. She also took part in ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs’ and performed quite well in the show too. Interestingly, Anushka’s co-contestant from the same season, Bidipta, will also appear on Indian Idol 13, which is awaiting its launch soon. Popular Marathi actress Sonalee Kulkarni will be the co-judge of the show and she is quite excited about it. Sonalee Kulkarni is currently active in films, web series and TV.   In an inspiring moment on the stage of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10, celebrated sprinter Dutee Chand dedicated her latest performance to the ‘heroine’ in her life. Dutee is India's first athlete to openly come out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and spoke about being in a same-sex relationship in 2019. In a promo recently shared by the channel, Dutee can be seen dressed as Aamir Khan and performing to ‘Aati Kya Khandala’ number. When host Maniesh Paul asks who is the hero in her life, Dutee responds, “Mere life me hero nahi, heroine hai”. Photos of Dutee and her partner are shown. She adds, “Love is one thing which sees no gender, caste, colour or creed. Dil jisse chahta hai, usse pyaar ho jaata hai.” Maniesh then connects with Dutee’s partner over a video call.   Celebrated sprinter Dutee Chand joins Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10, The 10th season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, which hit the tube last Saturday, will soon witness a new entry. The makers have signed Indian athlete Dutee Chand to join the participants on the dance reality show. She is expected to make an entry next week. Dutee, who last competed in Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in August 2022, is taking on this new challenge and is ready to shake a leg with her choreographer Raveena Choudhary on stage. Talking about her participation in the show, Dutee says, “I’d never imagined myself performing different dance forms and competing against the existing line-up of performers. Having said that, as a sportsperson, I love taking on new challenges thrown at me. I am used to performing in front of a live audience but this is going to be a new experience altogether. Learning any new art form is not easy but with the help of my choreographer, I am excited about taking this up as a challenge and performing to the best of my capabilities.”

• Faisal Shaikh aka Mr. Faisu talked about being trolled on social media. He said it was his hard work and determination to move on that made him grow. He recalled that he had no money to even recharge his internet package at the start of his career and was unable to upload his videos. But now has 28.1 Million followers through his hard work. Karan Johar said he could see a 'Hero Quality' in his performance.
  
• Niti Taylor's performance with choreographer Aakash was the highlight of the episode. Madhuri said she considers Niti as a very good dancer and calls her to be a great addition to the JDJ family.
  
• Paras Kalnawat impressed the judges with his gorgeous face and features. Nora called him extremely handsome. Karan and Madhuri called him to be a very sweet and innocent soul.

Sachin Pilgaonkar approached for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa; the seasoned actor declines the offer politely:  

Sources close to the show informed us that the makers of the show were keen on having the celebrated actor as one of the contestants this season. However, Sachin is not doing the show and he has declined the offer politely. We reached out to the senior actor and he shared, "Yes, I was approached for the show, but I am not doing it. We won another reality show, Nach Baliye in 2005 and it is very fresh in the audience's minds. They still remember Supriya and me as the winners of that show. So there's no point in doing Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. That age was different, this age is different, one has to take all the things into consideration. There's no point in indulging into any kind of competition as a participant. I wish them all the best from my side for their show." 

Other contestants, who have been approached for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa are Erica Fernandes and Adaa Khan. 

The last season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa aired in 2016-2017. After that, the makers of the show decided to pull it down due to low TRPs but now the channel has decided to get back the dance reality show, and the pre-production has begun. Reportedly, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa's new season is all set to begin from August last week or September. 

Kajol is not going to judge the upcoming tenth season of 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' which goes on air in September.  

The show is coming back after 5 years, it's last edition being in 2017.
